My experience with Howards was probably the best experience Ive ever had with shopping for a major appliance. My sales representative (the manger) was honest, knew his products and was able to assist me with selecting the best washer/dryer combo for my family. He didnt try to sale me the most expensive product but the most reliable product. I had many questions and he took the time to answer everyone. Upon delivery of my washer/dryer there was a issue with the pedestal and the drain pan. The manager quickly resolved the problem over the phone with no issues. I will definitely shop there again and the company they have that delivered my washer/dryer on both days were excellent!

This store is clean, easily navigated and has a plethora of appliances to fulfill anyones needs. Michael Martinez, our product specialist, greeted us with a smile and friendly none-sleazy salesman attitude. The vibe was great, Michael was VERY knowledgeable of the product and was able to understand our needs. He was very genuine and just made us feel as if we were talking to a friend who just happened to have some appliances for sale. Howards offers financing, warranty service and friendly/reliable staff. I will definitely be returning here for the rest of my appliance needs.

Nice facility, ample choice of brands and models. Salesman listened to my constrictions (limited depth available for replacement washer / dryer) and recommended units that I already knew were Consumer Reports " Best Buy". Price and multiple rebates for those units were great... how could I go wrong. I recommend Howards in Moreno Valley to anyone looking for value.

I had a really great experience. The store layout was in my opinion ergonomic and easy to find everything. Especially with Mike Martinez. My wife and I were shopping ahead of time for when our taxes come. Mike was not throwing sales pitches at us. He listened and recommended a tv both of agreed on amd decides when our taxes come we know where to get it from.

I really enjoy the experience i get when i shop here. The staff is very polite and they know their products very well. The salesman, Mike, knows all about the tvs and can answer any question you have. The store is always clean and kept up and i enjoy browsing around. Ill definitely come back soon for a washer and dryer. :)
