My wife was excited as we walked by "Oh, look a Lululemons!!!". I walked in with my wife and daughter, as we were browsing through the store one of the employees was following us and looking at us as if she did not want us in the store. The hatred in her eyes was apparent she did not want us there. She never asked us for help, she just stared at us for at least 3 minutes at a time. As we finished shopping my wife and daughter were at the register ready to checkout. There were 3 employees standing behind the register talking, right in front of my wife and daughter. The lady that was staring at her was standing at the end still looking at her with disgust. No one once asked to help her or check her out. I walked up and quickly one of the employee’s walked over from right in front of my wife to me and ask "May I help you?" while the others all left. I pointed at my wife and at that time she walked over to my wife and checked her out. Without saying a word. This made my wife feel very uncomfortable. EVERYTHING, from the weird lady watching her every move to the 3 ladies that would not help her at all while she stood there to checkout. I told her to leave without purchasing anything. She was in such shock she froze and still made the purchase. We will NEVER spend our money in that particular store again. It is a shame that in 2015 we still have this hatred for other races. I mean I would think the owner would like any race as long as they were spending money? Moral of the story is if you are a black person shopping at this store you are not wanted at that particular store. They were rude and made it very clear who they want to serve in this store. We will be purchasing our yoga products from other stores from here on out.

As a Crossfit coach I wear Lulu consistently.. The fabric is amazing, the cuts are tailored for full range of motion but maintain very flattering lines. I have worn their studio pant and shorts nearly every day for the last year and they look like they are a couple weeks old! You can launder them without special concern and they will always look great.. Lily makes my job easier and more enjoyable.

Good running gear with built-in undergarments in many pieces. Nice moisture-wicking fabric with zippper pockets and openings for ear buds. I happened upon a purple dot sale and bought shorts and shirts for $29 and $24. The employees were helpful and cheerful -- a very positive environment. Return policy is narrow (see picture), though they promise to take back items that dont "perform for you."

Great customer service. The staff really knew what they were talking about. I wish they had shorter pants, but they do offer complimentary hemming for their products.
