If I could give zero, I would. Very rude staff. I bought Nike socks from the Champs in Tysons Corner but I couldnt make it up there so instead, I went to the one in Springfield. She was rude about it and upset that I wasnt returning them to the original store that I bought them from. Talking about Im taking money from their store. If I am unsatisfied with a purchase, it shouldnt matter what store Im returning them at. Champs is a company as a whole not individual stores. And then after I returned them, she tried to keep my original receipt. Youre not suppose to keep a customers original receipt. Because one, the other stuff I had on there were gifts and I was going to give it to my boyfriend in case he needed to exchange something for a different size. I just was very unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism. If you have the time, just drive to Tysons Corner.

I went on a weekday and it was not crowded. Stephanie was very helpful and professional. There were not a lot of different sizes of the shoes I was looking at, but I did find the size of one of the two shoes I wanted.

Friendly staff, I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help. I was also informed of the current sales/specials. All of my questions were answered. I wish they had a larger selection of sneakers.

The female staff with tattoos on her legs is very unfriendly if you tell her youre just browsing, she will indirectly tell you to leave if youre not buying anything
