I dislike this location. While shopping for my college graduation gift with my mom and sister I asked the sales associate about the 50% off birthday month promotion. She replied in a snotty attitude if I was in the email program because I would receive my coupon that way. I believed her and went about shopping. I went to the SoCo location in Austin, (much better customer service) and they were happy to explain the birthday month discount to me. Either the employee at the quarry was lazy to ask, new, or didnt know She should seek her coworkers for the correct answer, not just guess. I would not shop at the Quarry location anymore.

I love Kendra Scott jewelry but received a bad experience at this store! The young girl that helped me was not friendly at all. She seemed inconvenienced when she had to help me. When I asked about a particular item, she said "We dont have that." She didnt offer a different way to purchase it (online or different store). I know they are busy but if you dont want to help customers, dont work in customer service. I normally go to the La Cantera store and will go to that one from now on. So disappointed in my experience here.

The staff at this store is nothing short of amazing!! My 4yr old tripped and feel with a full Jamba Juice shake (yes I know, great job mom) and the staff was so nice and helpful, even cleaned it after I begged them to let me do it. Very nice people all around.

Came to San Antonio for a weekend adventure and discovered this store here. I was impressed with its wide variety of jewelry. I even had my jewelry made at the color bar there. They offered a 15% military discount so I took full advantage of this while there!

The ladies at this location are so friendly and helpful. Stephanie is my favorite. She always delivers good customer service. She even helped my 7 year old find the perfect necklace for her birthday. She was patient with her.

Very nice store. I had never been in before. I was greeted but no one offered to help me so when I took my item to the front she had to go get me another from the back.

La Cantera location has MUCH better customer service. Stood around for 25 minutes on a relatively dead evening with plenty of staff and nobody offered assistance.
