The owner messed up on my sisters lip piercing twice & refused to correct it. The 1st piercing fell out within hours of leabing his shop & the 2nd piercing sunk into her face. When we called the shop the owner agreed to take the piercing out but refused to refund the money. He hung up on us multiple times as well. Very rude and disrespectful, especially because he is the owner of the shop. Unprofessional for an artist to mess up TWICE & not give the money back. My sister now has 2 healing holes in her face. I do not recommend this shop. Yes, they are cheap but your money could be spent somewhere else in a much more professional setting. Do not recommend.

im not sure what the other review was thinking when he said it was dirty, im guessing its another shop bashing cloud nine, because ive been in several times for tattoo work and its been great! everything was clean , neat and organized! i felt very comfortable there! Mark, The owner did my work himself and as far as i can tell he is probably the best artist in the area! alot better than the tattoo i got in anoka at another shop! i would deffinately recommend this shop to anyone!

I love this place! My wife and I wanted to get our naughty bits pierced for our anniversary. My wife got a triangle piercing and she said it wasnt bad at all just a quick pinch. I got 4 piercings Jacobs ladder super easy. Kelby explained everything he was doing and made us feel really comfortable during the piercings. Hands down the best piercing experience we have had yet. Thanks Kelby you rock!

My husband and I went it to Cloud 9 to get matching tattoos for our 20th anniversary. John was very helpful with suggestions and his personal input as this was the 1st tattoo for both of us. He really took the time to make sure we loved out tattoos. Granted we didnt have anything real elaborate but it was done with care and with the customers satisfaction as 1st priority! Thanks Johnny!

Owner sketched amazing tattoo, but session took 5 hrs so he could take breaks to give piercings due to being short staffed. I was also very disappointed by how many lines were missed and how it faded unreasonably fast and severe, lookig as if it were 10 years old after only 6 months or so. Will be skipping the free touch up there to get it fixed at a different shop.

I have gone to Cloud 9 for all (5) of my tattoos. I love it there! I usually see Daryl. He does great work and you can tell he takes pride in the work he does. I get so many compliments on my tattoos...even from other artists. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The shop is clean and they are all laid back and friendly. I send everyone I know to Cloud 9!

They did an absolutely great job. Went in with an idea for a tattoo and he took the time to go over my idea with me and talk about what he would recommend would look good and what wouldnt. I really appreciated his honesty and a few days later I had the tattoo done. Couldnt be happier with the experience.

I had my monroe done at Cloud 9 and had a great experience! The employees were very helpful and friendly. I went in without an appointment and was able to get in quickly. Everything was very clean and professional. I will definitely recommend!

Great place to go. Service was excellant friendly ppl there. Got first tattoo there and employees were extremely friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Highly Recommend Dayrel. Great guy and came in on his day off for a customer.

Was not the best shop around. Had one of the owners do my tat as well, he was ok. but have seen better. The place was not really professional. Always late in opening shop and for appointments. Wouldnt recommend anyone to this tattoo shop!
