I honestly couldnt be ANY HAPPIER with a car buying experience!!!! Mike and Everyone at Tampa Bay Auto Network made this experience Awesome!!! It felt like dealing with people I have known my whole life.. like being with friends!!! There are no sleazy salesmen or sales tactics here!!! These cars speak for themselves! I was so Impressed with the quality of cars they select and after a daunting search for my own perfect car.. I would have never imagined I could have found EVERYTHING I was looking for in one car.. and I found it here at the Tampa Bay Auto Network .. and Mike helped to do all he could to make the deal happen! I appreciate everything they did for me... because my credit wasnt the greatest.. but Mike didnt stop tip we got an approval that would put me into a car payment I could handle! I went to SEVERAL places before finding this car.. it was all the same high pressure salesmen.. who called me every day .. even after i told them i wasnt interested in their cars... But when I found this place.. I could just sense the difference! I could go on and on telling you how happy I am .. mbut see for yourself.. if you are looking for a QUALITY CAR that passed their criteria.. you cant go wrong with this place.. The best car buying experience ever!!! I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews, but they are from real people!! This is a family owned business and it definitely feels like you are purchasing from a friend or family. No pushy sales people. Theres not ten people waiting outside to attack when you pull up. Completely 100%straight forward and REAL, normal people instead of auto bots. For the very first time buying a car was totally stress free. I test drove three cars, got the estimate in my trade in, which was exactly what kelly blue book said it should be, got a great interest rate. The price of the car was great. Done. Just like that. No extra fees of any kind, no going back and forth and all that nonsense. No let me talk to the manager..I was sooooo happy leaving I actually wanted to give them more money!! For real!! So beyond happy. Dont hesitate one second to purchase from here. We will be back!!

Mike, Lou, and the whole team were wonderful. Living 5 hours away, I relied on phone and e-mail communications with Mike T. for all my questions and making arrangements prior to purchasing the car. Mike was pleasant, factual, and did not pressure me in any way. Upon arriving at their dealership, we got the same treatment from the whole team. We were greeted and treated as valued customers and everyone went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. I cant speak highly enough about the whole experience. We drove away with a great vehicle at a great price. Even though their dealership is a distance away from where we live, I will still be recommending them to anyone in the market for a good quality car. It was well worth the drive for us. This is how car buying should be! My wife and I dread ever walking into a franchise dealership with all of their bait-and-switch tactics and the philosophy of exhausting the customer so they sign anything to get out the door. A friend recommended Tampa Bay Auto Network to me and everything about the experience was top notch, from the immaculate selection of vehicles to the staffs seemingly limitless knowledge to the efficiency of the process and, of course, unmatched customer service. Compared to other car buying experiences, I wish there was a 6th star. If youre in the market for a vehicle, go talk to Mike, Lou and Robert. Youll be happy you did. We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else again.

The buying experience that I had with Lou and Mike, along with the rest of their team on the day of pick-up was THE best car buying experience I have had. Lou was completely responsive (texting back promptly-no matter how silly the question....or hour for that matter), thorough, super friendly and best of all I didnt feel like I was being "sold". Mike made the financing process move quickly and was very good at explaining every paper I signed. I am so happy I was able to support an honest, trustworthy, local family business. They have only the best cars on their lot and give you their best service during the process. I highly recommend this business!

Ive gotta tell you, these guys are no joke. I went and looked at several vehicles and dealt with several salesmen (obviously) at other dealers, had some good and some bad experiences with the others. These guys (TJ and Mike particularly) are top notch, down to earth, good people. Buying experience was smooth, trouble free, no BS, with a great deal of a car. Showroom is clean and orderly, every vehicle inside is kept immaculately clean and they document each vehicle with hundreds of pictures. Great experience! Wow. First class operation. I just purchased a 2013 Mustang premium, Mike and staff are superb. Buying a vehicle from Tampa Bay Auto Network sets the example of what car buying experience should be. From, the no hassle approach to the staff sending you off with your new purchase. The show room is well stocked with low mileage and pristine condition vehicles. No need to look anywhere else. The experience here was 100% top notch. I normally get dry heaves and insane anxiety when I walk into a dealership but the incredibly friendly staff eased my worries. Mike did an amazing job coordinating our deal via phone calls, emails and texts. He kept us in the loop and the details of our deal never changed. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. The vehicle was 100% as described and spotlessly detailed. I am so impressed with this dealership and very happy we drove the 9 hours to its location. Completely worth it.

WoW!!! I purchased my vehicle sight unseen based on the information they provided from their website. I drove 6 hours to pick it up and was pleased to find it was EXACTLY as Mike said it would be.
