Got the car, 05 m3, drove great for a few weeks. Now i need $6000 in engine work/complete rebuild, $1500 for a new differential seal, $1500-2000 for new clutch and flywheel. Do not buy here unless you want a half broken money pit. UPDATE: The Audi S4 i traded in was in perfect shape. There wasnt a scratch on that car. The engine and transmission were absolutley perfect. The only reason i didnt keep it was because of gas milage (14 mpg). I work as a used car salesman, i know what kind of cars go thru those auctions, ive seen flood/salavage titles with rolled back miles be sold and bought many of times. My place tries to stay away from those cars, if we do buy a salvage/flood car like that our customers have full disclosure of their purchase. My audi wouldve went thru the auction with no issue. My Audi was a 2 owner with lowish miles, no engine or transmission issues, nothing was wrong with that car. nothing. thats a straight up lie. So The story with my bmw goes like this: After 1 month: Belt blew, differential leaking = $1500 AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS: The rod bearings in my engine spun and damaged my entire engine. My mechanic told me that the only the rod bearings were replaced before i got the car, not the crank shaft, which was also damaged, causing the rod knock and damage. The BMW was completely broken and undriveable COST ME IN TOTAL OF $8000 TO FIX COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILD Theres no way you couldve not known that this car was ready to explode. I shouldve gotten a pre purchase inspection, but the car was in excellent cosmetic shape (which ill give you credit, all of your cars are in mint shape on the outside, my M3 is still clean even though its undrivable). This was partially my fault for buying without inspection, but you shouldnt sell cars that are partially fixed/broken, then sell them "as is" and say they are working. You are not helping anybody by doing this. Ive had the car for 2 months, its been broken for almost 6 MONTHS NOW! IM FINALLY GETTING IT BACK FROM THE SHOP THIS WEEK.

Rip-off alert. Buyer beware I saw this 2008 Lexus LS 460 VIN JTHBL46F685062387 on Autotrader and contacted the seller. I was told via the telephone that the car is in excellent condition. After prenegotiating a price, I headed to Bradenton to view/purchase the car. When the sales person drove the car into their showroom, the first thing I noticed was that the sales person popped the trunk open and showed it to me. I found this awkward, as it the inside of the trunk was the most important thing for me to see. Nevertheless, I started with the visual inspection. When I get to the rear right corner, I noticed that the bumper had been repaired. Upon closer inspection, I see that the damage is somehow serious. I requested the sales person to show methe CarFax, if available. He went to his office and came back with it. As I start reading the CarFax, the sales person says: "The report is Clean. There are no accidents." I continue reading, and then the sales person, probably realizing that Im going to read the entire report says: " The only thing in the report is an structural damaged that the seller reported". RED FLAG. I continued reading to find that in fact there is a structural damage, and that the car was sold previously in an auction. Keep in mind that this vehicle is being marketed as "1-owner" vehicle. In my opinion this is deceiving. At any rate, I am now more curious on what the structural damage is about. I closed the trunk that the sales person gracefully opened for me at the beginning of our meeting. The first thing that I noticed after closing the trunk was a "drywall screw" by the lower left of the windshield corner holding two of the frame sections together (YES, A SCREW, Im not kidding). Thanks god that I have plenty of experience in buying used cars. Nice try inn attempting to sell me a lemon: To conceal the unnaceptable cheap screw repair, telling me that the carfax report is clean, and advertising it as a 1-owner when it has gone through an auction. Buyers beware.

Beware of being mislead, flat out lied to, and then end up being treated like its your fault. We bought a Buick Enclave from Global Auto Showroom. The first red flag for us should have been when they never did take care of a few items they said they would fix for us. It was mostly smaller cosmetic stuff, but they made big promises and never followed through. Then they included a "service plan" with everything, making us believe that we needed it, and that it would cover "ANYTHING" that could go wrong. Then when the car started acting up a couple months after driving it off the lot, we needed to get some things fixed. As it turns out, the "everything" plan that we thought they so graciously included for us really didnt cover anything. When I asked them about it, they said they would make some calls to get it straight (which they never did), and then blamed it on me, telling me, "well, you DID buy a USED car." $3,000 of repairs later, and everyone, including the owner ignoring my emails, and having spent a bunch of money to avoid these kinds of cost, I ended up just being on my own. Oh, and also when I dug deeper into the issues we were having with the car, we also found out that THEY KNEW about it, but never told us when we asked what issues the car had. They fixed it up just enough to get it off their lot, sold us additional worthless product in order to pad their bottom line, and sent us on our way with a ticking time-bomb waiting to drain our bank account even more. I wouldnt even want my worst enemies to do business here... NOBODY deserves to be treated like they treat their customers. VERY shady!

This was the first time buying a car from a dealer and the overall experience was great. Everyone was nice and made it easy for us. They let us take our time in choosing the right car and met us where we wanted on the price. I would definitely come here again to buy a car. Now for the criticism. For this I should have noticed and had it corrected when I picked the car up so I dont blame anyone. The car probably had 1/3 of a tank of fuel. I thought it was common courtesy for a dealer to fill the tank before they let a car go. This just cost me $45 so I say whatever and let it go. The other thing is that one of the wheels was repaired before pickup. You can still see a bit of the damage like it was just painted over and there was a run in the clear. Again, whatever it can just be buffed out but I would like to see the extra step taken to make sure everything is perfect. Lastly, one of the tires is a different brand than the other three. This is my fault as well because I never noticed and didnt ask for it to be fixed so I will look past it. In closing, it would be nice to see that extra step but I received a good deal and Global Auto Showroom delivered in the short time frame given. Still 5 stars from me and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this showroom. We came in to look at a truck, which presented in a dim light show room where it was hard to see the chips of paint missing from the tailgate, and were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. We were told that trade in value was much lower than anyone else had quoted and the salesman kept saying how he would only be able to auction the vehicles off and they werent worth anything and I should just sell one of the vehicles we were looking to trade in myself and that I would get more for it. Then when he ran our credit he never provided me with a copy of my credit score and just repeated the score I had initially told him ( which I found our later was incorrect). I felt extremely uncomfortable with the whole experience. We ended up at Brandon Ford who gave us twice as much for both our trade ins, showed us all the paperwork with our credit scores, and got us into a brand new 2016 F350! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone else, or at least make sure you speak with at least one other dealership and know what youre talking about before you enter their showroom and make sure you get a copy of all the paperwork they run with your information.
