After researching certified pre-owned vehicles online for over a month I found a GMC Terrain 2016 AWD v6 CPO at Boyd Chevrolet in Hendersonville, NC. Christopher Taggart was my salesman. He was extremely helpful, professional, respectful, and a genuinely pleasant gentleman! My deal was a little complicated on my end, due to a family member co-signing on my loan lives out of state. Despite that, he made it all go very smoothly and communicated well to me and my husband what the dealership needed. His positive attitude never waivered. He took extra time to make sure my vehicle was set up with OnStar, the SiriusXM satellite radio was setup, my ChevyLink app,& had the car detailed beautifully too. Ive never purchased a vehicle before where the salesman made sure all the little details (bells-and-whistles) were taken care of so well! I really appreciate his extra care and effort. He also purchased an extra key-faub for us that he payed for....that was more than going above and beyond! He made this whole experience of purchasing a new family vehicle stress-free & super exciting for us! I highly recommend Christopher Taggart for anyone looking to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned, Used, and/or new car. He has been our favorite salesman that both my husband and I have ever had before....honestly!

Came in to just browse inventory real quickly as we already had an idea of what we wanted and had found it somewhere else. They did not have exactly what we were originally looking for but we tried to be objective and open ourselves up for possibility. The inventory they have is actually very good and widespread, something really for everyone. We decided to go ahead and take a test drive and super glad we did, we spoke with Lee, huge fan of Lees now by the way... He treated us as if we were buying a million dollar house, not a used car, there was no pushing or trying to close the sale, he tried to help with the pros and cons and made the decision to buy very easy after we took a day and talked it over at home. Spoke with Tony the manager and felt very comfortable about the whole transaction, vehicle, service, and sales team included. Couldnt be happier about our purchase, these guys will bend over backwards to prove why you should buy from them instead of just trying to sell you on something. The sales team under the direction and leadership of Sales Manager, Roger Evans, a pleasant and professional atmosphere has always been created that has tipped the scales for my wife and I since our first Boyd purchase. Our sales associate on our most recent experience, Lee Edgerton, is a direct result of the "lead by example" training that Roger provides for others to emulate. I, like many others, have not had positive experiences when purchasing new vehicles: high pressure tactics, attempting to sell you more expensive vehicles than you want, etc.That changed when I met Ed Murdoch at Boyd Chevrolet. No pressure, I was shown only vehicles that matched the options I had specified, instead of TELLING me when he would be available he ASKED me when it would be convenient for me, demonstrated good product knowledge, and called to keep me up to date on his vehicle searches. I also received calls from a sales manager asking if I had any questions and from the service department to verify that I had been told about the free maintenance services that came with my purchase. A very positive experience from beginning to end. I feel comfortable recommending Ed and Boyd Chevrolet to friends and family.

We visited Boyd to look at a Jeep Cherokee they had advertised as used. The jeep was everything they said and more. What made the purchase the best (aside from the excellent condition pf the vehicle) was the salesperson Lee. Unlike all the other used car salesman we had experienced in our quest to find the perfect trailhawk, Lee was friendly without being aggressive and applied no pressure. He worked with us to discover the Jeep, as Boyd is a Chevy place he was not that familiar with the vehicle yet he helped us learned all about it. If you go to Boyd to purchase new OR used, be sure to ask for Lee. Lee was 5 star. We did wait longer than I would have like to complete the sale through finance. Overall and specifically because of Lee our experience was one of the best.

Best car buying experience ever. When I started looking for a new vehicle I went to several dealerships and looked at several makes and models. I tolled all the salespeople the same thing, that I was shopping and not ready to buy. This caused an assault on my privacy with several text, emails and phone calls informing me of sales that were ending and I should come and take advantage of them before it was too late. Only one salesperson respected my wishes and that was Mark Brown of Boyd Chevrolet. I received one text, to wish me a happy birthday. I purchased a new Buick Encore. I would like to thank Mark and the staff at Boyd for their professionalism and just common curtesy. If you want a no pressure deal. I highly recommend you see Mark at Boyds

Took my Silverado in to get an oil change at the beginning of January. Not even a month (and at most 500 miles) after that my "engine oil low" light came on in my truck and when I checked the oil, there was hardly any on the dipstick. I drained some oil out from under my truck and it was as black as molasses. My truck is older and has 130k miles but thats still too soon for it to burn thru that much fresh oil. Im not sure if the GM brand of synthetic they use is a very inferior product compared to actual Mobil 1 or if they just forgot to put fresh oil in my truck. Staff was friendly, service was quick but I dont think they use good oil there or they are forgetful and didnt even put the fresh oil in my truck (maybe why the service was fast).

We had the absolute best car buying experience in our long lives here at Boyd! We had called about a vehicle in advance and when we arrived we saw this at the front door waiting for us! Tracey set the tone for the day with her beautiful, joyful greeting and Tony and Charlie Brown worked to get us the absolute best deal possible. Thank you Tony for all you did to help us out.
