I purchased a used BMW from Prestige Motors from Andrew. He was a nice enough guy, answered all my questions, was straight forward, and knowledgeable. Was courteous, checked out a couple of issues I had with the car and we agreed on a price for the car and insurance. So next day, I went and signed all the paperwork and picked up the car. I got to back to work, and parked the car in the parking lot outside my office. At 5:30 (Approx. 3 hours later) I got in the car and it wouldnt start.... wouldnt even crank. I thought to myself.. oh no.. a lemon.. So I called Andrew up, and he was surprised to hear about the fault and said that his mechanic had already left, but if I got a jump for now and got the car into them in the morning they would swap out the battery, which might be the issue. So next morning I call, Andrew is off for the day, so another salesman picks up (embarrassed to say Ive forgotten his name). Andrew left a memo describing the situation, and since Im at work and cant bring him the car, they have the car towed to the shop. They check all the stuff out, and the next day afternoon, he drives the car over to my place and apologizes for the inconvenience they caused me. I was REALLY impressed. The level of service, and care they provided was amazing for a used car place. Although they are technically under no obligation to help as the car is now mine, they were wonderful and at one point I remember someone saying, "were so sorry this happened well fix it, we dont sell garbage". I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone interested in a used car. They are a great bunch of guys who really care about the product they sell and their reputation. The least I could do is write them this review.

This review is a long time in the making. Originally visited Prestige Motors Tampa back in 2011 to trade in my aging Acura. The service was professional but relaxed. I was not under any pressure to purchase anything and I took a few cars for unaccompanied test drives. After the test drives, I knew which car I wanted. I was not from the area, so understandably they did not want me putting 200 miles on the car to let me get it checked out by my mechanic at home. They recommended a number of local places to get it checked out though (from dealerships to local highly rated shops). Once I got it checked out, they offered me a decent trade in price for my Acura and the deal was done. Fast forward 5 years. Ive moved out of Florida and needed a bill of sale to register the car in a new state. Called them up and quickly got a bill of sale e-mailed to me. Again, great service in a relaxed atmosphere. I have no reservations recommending them as a no nonsense, no pressure dealer.

In June 2015, bought a used BMW for my son. The salesperson swore by this extended warranty and maintenance option. $2500 for the policy which covers nothing. The way they work it is that only a "major" malfunction is covered, IF everything is in perfect working condition. If everything is in perfect working condition, you dont have "major" malfunctions, you have little ones that you take care of along the way. When made this offer, I looked the salesperson in the eye and said, "would you purchase this for your daughter on this vehicle?" and he said "Yes." Do not, I repeat, do not buy an extended warranty from this dealership--it is crap!! Cornerstone Auto out of North Carolina. The service contract provider, said, "call your dealer, they have sold you a inadequate warranty." If they lie to sell you the service contract, they will lie about other things. No wonder used car sale people have such a bad reputation, lack of integrity!!

Experience was definitely a 5. We worked a decent deal out with my car. Got a full extended warranty that covers everything on my car for the next 100,000 miles. They were able to get me a better rate that the bank Ive banked with for the last 7 YEARS. I didnt write a review when i drove off the lot to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After three days of having it, the light was flashing saying i needed oil and my windshield wiper fluid was (i immediately freaked out because i just got it) . I called them the next morning really upset and frantic. They immediately apologized. They had me bring it in and they fixed it with no hassles or gimmicks. And they offered a free detail with an oil change. They have been SUPER understanding. They even held the car for me while i was on vacation! I would recommend them without a doubt. Thanks Nick, Jimmy and Andrew!!!!!

I found the car I was looking for at Prestige Motors through Autotrader and they made the entire buying process easy. I had to travel several hours to get to the dealership (I live in Tallahassee) and they had the car parked out front and ready for me to test drive. Andrew, the salesman, did not put any pressure on me and let me drive the car as long as I needed to evaluate it. I made them an offer and after a short period of friendly negotiation, we agreed on a fair price. Andrew quickly had the paperwork completed and I was back on the road home within an hour. They had a lot of nice clean vehicles to choose from, and Im sure to look at their inventory again when it comes time for a new car.

Nick and Andrew are great guys. They are professional and really try and get you into the car you want with unlimited financing options. Nick happened to be a Saab enthusiast and hooked me up with service, parts, etc. They are good on their word. I have recommended my boss go to Prestige as she needs an SUV. Their cars are the best used cars you are going to find at a used car dealer. My Saab is 9 years old and you would never know it didnt just roll off the showroom floor. All of their cars are amazing. Dont bother going to your bank, as they have all of the resources for financing. Definitely recommend this dealer.

The guys at Prestige Motors Tampa are true car enthusiasts! I recently drove from Tallahassee, FL to check out their inventory of MazdaSpeed3s. While I was there, they made me feel comfortable about purchasing a new car. Honesty was their first priority, and I really appreciate that, especially when I am buying a car. With full reports and carfax documents on each of their vehicles, I felt satisfied with my choice. Now, I am proud owner of a practically brand new MS3, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for beautiful cars at a great value! Thanks guys, we will do business in the future!

Beware! I went to check out a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid they had listed on Auto Trader. I wasted half the day only to find out that it had extensive rust, 4 dry rotted tires, a timing belt that was shredding, the shocks were completely shot, and the steering had an expensive problem that could only be fixed by a dealer. Im thankful for the honest (independent) mechanic who told me to run far away from that car. When I took it back to Prestige, they would barely look me in the eye. Make sure you have an independent mechanic look at anything you buy! Thanks for wasting my time, Prestige!
