My husband shook his head at me after I was greeted warmly by name. "They know you at the liquor store!" K&L is NOT the liquor store. It is a well curated collection of mostly wine, that I mostly ignore, craft beer and spirits, both of which I visit regularly. Once I set foot in this store there was no going back to BevMo. Here the staff knows the products and yes, just might learn your name. I adore their online inventory even though it makes it almost too easy to purchase a pricey bottle of something special from the comfort of my laptop. Their tasting events are great and theyre doing interesting bottling projects buying casks of rum and barrel aging beer. Go there, you wont be sorry.

K&L is amazing if youre into wine (or spirits). They have a great selection of wines (both domestic an international, esp. French) that theyve hand-picked and in many cases directly imported, and their staff (and website) are super helpful too. I buy a ton of stuff from them, and I dont know of any other place that does what they do. Highly recommended!

For a "wine" store, they have one of the best beer selections on the pennisula. Their buyer is extremely knowledgable and helpful when choosing things to try. Since they are more prominently a wine store, not all the staff knows much about the beers, but I cant really fault them for that.
