I came into this place for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. I was helped right away, the staff was very knowledgable, and their selection is awesome. I also felt that their prices were fair, and their sales prices were more than fair. I think this is a great place when you want to try something new. Also, two little pro-tips for this place: 1. If you are having an event, they give discounts when you buy in bulk. So ladies (or gentlemen), if you are having your wedding and would like champagne for toasts and whatnot, this is a great option. 2. They do wine tastings which I found really fun. I think that if you are looking for something new to try, it is a great opportunity to give something out of your normal go-tos a shot.

Wonderful little wine store that has a little bit of everything. Beer, wine, sake, hard liquor, books, glassware, spices, and foodstuff! There are open boxes at every nook and cranny, and you can find well-curated stuff to discover. If youre lost, the friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you pick out something suitable. They often have wine makers or distributors do a tasting, and that can be very educational. You can also get on their mailing list for wine dinners that are quite fantastic. Overall a quirky store that has personality in spades, but I wouldnt trade it for a sterile and boring chain.

Very knowledgeable about wines. I am planning a Graduation party in GA. the "team" at Artisan wine what helpful to find unique wines for the event and keeping me in budget. I wanted to share some of West Coast/ northern California with my guest. I am sure we will have a good arrangement enough, strange enough and varied enough that there will always be something new to try, Most of all none are from the chain stores.

I love this place. Friendly service, great wine selection and decent prices. I shop there so often they know me by name and are able to make excellent recommendations. Many of my friends also shop there and love it. Probably the best wine store in the Palo Alto - Mountain View area!

Great selection of wines from all over the world., the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the prices are competitive to other similar wine shops in the area and who doesnt like supporting local businesses! Definitely my go to wine shop in the area!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in and asked for a specific brand, and the salesperson knew exactly what I was talking about, what they had in stock, and where it was without having to look anything up. I was impressed.

Bought a "rare old Mortlach whiskey" for $140 and guess what.. found the exact same thing for $40 at Costco recently.. I could totally understand if it were sold even at $70.. but $100 price difference is just totally bumming!!

Good selection, fair prices, and the employees are knowledgeable of price comparisons and products. It is a very tight squeeze inside and the selection can be overwhelming, but the employees can help guide you to a decision.

Beer section review: store is tight but dense with variety. The beer selection is pretty big but I get the feeling I can find a lot of the stuff at other stores. The parking lot can be easy to miss from El Camino.
