Thieves. Ten years ago I bought a refrigerator,stove , dishwasher as well as other appliances. All appliances were G.E.My contractor accepted the units and installed them around custom cabinetry. When I got down to Florida I discovered that the refrigerator installed was not the unit I bought . I called the manager and was told that the unit I bought was no longer available and was shipped the newer model. Now ten years later I was having freeze up problems with the unit and was told by TECH that I would have to replace all the gaskets. When he went to look for the model and serial number THERE WERE NONE. The unit sold me was a "CONDEMNED" unit which should have been destroyed not sold. I called Drimmers told them my story, gave them my receipt number, and was told my the new manger that she would look into it. That was 3 months ago still no call back. I had to buy a new unit, for $1200. All I wanted was consideration towards a new model . Bait and switch, condemned models, and no call back. Just Thieves. P.S. 10 years ago I paid $1200 for the old unit

Great place! I appreciated the honesty and professional advice on the choice of all my appliances for my new kitchen from Levi Drimmer the owner). They are organized and on top of things in regard to installation, planning, timing, etc. They upgraded me on the dishwasher at no cost. They gave me great prices that I compared with best buy and another appliance store in Aventura. Drimmers Appliance offered me better packages and discounts. Even after one year of purchase, Drimmers appliance has been above my expectations in regard to customer service.

We just replaced our 31 year old Sub Zero refrigerator with a new Sub Zero. Hindy was very knowledgeable in finding a new Sub Zero which would fit into the built in space. The entire purchase was easy and flawless. Drimmers delivery men were real experts in moving the new refrigerator into the kitchen. There was not a scratch nor blemish on the refrigerator. The installer was a master craftsman. He made sure the Sub Zero was level, plumb and just the right height; a perfect fit. YES, I would purchase future appliances from Drimmers.

we bought a washer and dryer on Wednesday and had delivery on Friday. the delivery guys installed the machines, showed us how to use them and did a test run. not a scratch. we will be remodeling our kitchen and outdoor living, I will never shop anywhere else. your customer service was amazing and quick, I requested a part to reverse my dryer door, they called Maytag and it was shipped fed-ex in under an hour. The best customer service ever.
