BEWARE: Bought a used washer and dryer from them for $500. My tenant reported a month later that the dryer was not drying her clothes and that she has ran the same clothes through the dryer multiple times and ends up hanging them to dry. I called the owner to explain and he started telling me that the vent must be blocked or the lint tray is full. I went to check and none of this was true. Neither was blocked. Besides, I had them install it so if it was blocked that would be their fault. I called him again to explain that there was no blockage and to please send someone out to fix this mistake. He began YELLING at me and telling me to go back and check to see if it was heating up. That if it heated up it was MY fault and that if it wasnt then it was there fault. I called him several times afterward to explain that it would heat up then cool down. However, HE NEVER CAME TO THE PHONE AGAIN. Every time I call they tell me hes not in and that I should call him tomorrow. Sadly after another month of trying to resolve this with him, I had to call another appliance repair company to come out and look at it. $250 dollars later, it turns out it needed a new theromo kit. He sold me a faulty dryer and refused to come look at, repair it, or even speak to me on the phone.

I should have read the other 2 reviews..."snake in the grass"?, "Buyer BEWARE"?...these are understatements! This guy should be run out of town. This guy is a crook. Good thing I put the repair charges on my Visa because I ended up disputing the repair costs. He put a NEW main board in my refrig which he charged me $300.00 plus $58.00 labor and it didnt even fix anything. He had me wait 24 hours to see if the refrig would recycle (which it didnt). Then he proceeded to want to install a "USED" fan motor. My reply was "no, I would pay for a NEW motor at cost". He insisted on "used" motor installed for free. Where does that leave me if it breaks down again in a week or so? I would not allow him back into my home. I called the bank and disputed the charges. I would never again allow this guy to make any repairs to any appliances at any time in my home. My advise...beware, Beware, BEWARE!

Save yourself the headache and dont buy from this snake in the grass. Edwin sold us a fridge that stank and the ice machine was broken. When we complained and tried to return he refused and took no responsibility for selling us a piece of junk. They sent a "repair man" who told us its normal for a fridge to smell, and he said the warranty didnt count toward the ice machine. Mind you the ice machine didnt work from the moment it was delivered, even though I was assured multiple times that it worked. Over all Edwin was very rude and downright vulgar with his language throughout the whole process. Needless to say I would warn anyone from buying from this company!

This store has been in business for almost 30 years. Since 1988 they have been in Hollywood. Between selling good conditioned appliances and repairing them they have satisfied over numerous customers throughout the years Despite what the negative others may say this company has made more people smile than most. If you need a repair or an appliance you should see them!

Our family has been a customer for close to 30 years. We have purchased multiple refrigerators, and a washer and dryer from Best Appliance. We have also purchased parts for an old oven from them. We have had them come out and fix other units that were not purchased from them. Quality workmanship, helpful staff, a joy to work with!
