We have had 4 technicians within the last year to work on our Whirlpool Gold Line. No one could seem to find the root cause of our problems. The tech we had here on Friday said that our compressor was bad and needed replacing. Because the compressor in this refrigerator runs 230 volts, Its about an $800 job. We were on the verge of buying another refrigerator rather than throwing another dime at this one. We decided to give another technician a chance, and ARE WE EVER HAPPY! Jose is very nice, very professional and above all, VERY HONEST. I cannot say enough about this company and its owner. YOU WILL NOT BE ANYTHING LESS THAN 100 PERCENT SATISFIED! Unlike others, he WILL NOT throw parts at your problem! Appliances Tech is our new go-to company for all of our appliance and air conditioning needs!

Absolutely the best! I called today, two days before Thanksgiving Day, because my freezer "magically" stopped working. I had all the food for a family get together and thought theres no way to get someone out here in he same afternoon. Jose was great in coordinating the service and Luiz was beyond excellent. He did his thing and I stayed out of the way. Needless to say, anytime an appliance issue arises I will call Jose again and request Luiz. My sincerest appreciation for their professionalism and timely response. P.s. they were very fair on their service charge.

Very unprofessional . When I called to let them know how unprofessional they were. Maria if thats her name became smart with me and hung up then text me and told me I was not the customer that my landlord was, but need I remind you they called me to set up time to come and my landlord ask me to keep on top on it. She said she will never use them again.Rude Rude Rude. But I will say the first time the came Jose and the young man came with him was very nice. Who ever the lady is is rude as hell. She was also rude to my landlord .
