My husband, son and I visit this establishment on Tuesday aug 22 2017. And we are new to the neighborhood. We live down the street from wagner appliance sales and as we were walking on our way back home, we decided to check out the appliances store being that as renters we prefer to own our own appliances. Well we walked in and started to look around to see what we may be able to work with but soon was aggressively and rudely greeted twice and followed around. The owner loudly and abruptly asked us "So what are you looking for?!" and my husband politely replied that we are only browsing right now." The owner responsed by saying "nobody around here just walks around and browse, so Im going to ask you again, what are you looking for?!" In shock, we said nothing else to this guy and my husband gathered us to leave the store. One Star because we did like some of the appliances that we had a small chance to view. We were prejudged and did not feel as if we were accepted as simply a customer. I wouldnt recommend any young black or Hispanic families to do business with Wagner Aplliance Sale.

I went in today & was able to get some terrific used appliances to suit my needs. They are local, family owned & do a lot for Winston-Salem. That is why I considered them an option along with Lowes. They offer delivery & financing, plus a personal touch that isnt possible at a chain store like Lowes. They helped me stay under my budget & even gave me advice on self repair. I am really glad I decided to go with Wagner Appliance. Its hard to even find a local business to use sometimes, but I am happy to discover we have this great Winston-Salem local appliance business. They are a class act & I support them with my 5 stars!

Walked in, welcomed and told the details of the appliances they stock, allowed to look at my leisure, no hassles. Once I picked out a drier I liked, the salesman wrote it up in seconds, and the delivery driver practically followed me out of the parking lot. The drier was delivered immediately, set up with a new cord and new vent hose and the old unit was hauled away for the price written on the unit. Amazing. Good price on a good used drier, too. I highly recommend Wagner.

Worst customer experience of my life!!! DO NOT go here, they are bigoted, RUDE RACISTS!!!! If you want to be insulted for going to college Or even working for one, being a person of color, and not blindly supporting President Trump, then go here. Its sad to see this type of racism and anger exhibited towards people of color in 2017. I will NEVER do business here again and encourage all good, upright people from of all walks of life, faiths and backgrounds to do the same.

This place has everything--and it will not cost you an arm and a leg. I had an old GE washer that started to leak from the drum--I needed something quick and inexpensive--but trustworthy-- I walked in --was greeted with quick , knowlegeable service- and by 3pm the same day had a very nice kenmore washer hooked and washing in my home--they delivered it for me! and took my old one away! I will always check with Wagner first--before spending too much!!!

I agree with Vincent, the old guy is rude, and even after I SHOWED him his hand written initials on the inside of my dryer next to corroded wires, and some others not even connected, he denied it was his and blamed an employee he said no longer works there: pure BS! They take in washers and dryers off the street during bulk pick up and resale them...

Wagners Appliance is a great appliance store!! They are extremely generous and donate great quality appliances for use during the Dixie Classic Fair. All of their personnel are friendly and great to deal with and have always gone out of their way to assist in any way they can. Its a great business to buy your appliances from!!!

I loved this appliance store in my dealings with them. Great selection of used washers and dryers among many other appliance types. Sales people arent pushy and they try to save you money by fixing your current appliance before selling you a new one. Great delivery guys and installation for me was same day.

Great prices and awesome staff. Nobody was pushy and wehadas much time as we needed to find what we wanted to get in our price range. They have a 45 day anything warranty included in your purchase. And if you take it home yourself it takes $20 off the price! Will definitely be coming back!!!

I brought a USED washer from Wagner years ago, about 8 years ago to be exact . I can truly say that I got my money worth out of my washer. My washer has just stopped working for us last Friday(7/28/17). I will be visiting Wagners soon to see if I can find another great washer.

Juat purchased a dryer and they blessed us in ways we werent expecting. Best place to get appliances!!!! This is my 2nd time and they last a very long time with 12 month extended warranty options. Great experience made my families day

I recently bought a refrigerator from Wagner. I got a great deal on a quality fridge. I love the fact that I have 45 days to exchange it or buy an extended warranty if I am not fully satisfied. I will definitely buy from them again.

They are not clean, I bought a refrigerator & is had roaches in it & it leaked. Threw that mess on the curb. Ill never buy anything from them. & while I was there, I saw roaches crawling. Shouldve left then!.. wasted my $...jerk offs

The gentleman that welcomed me was great but the old guy behind the counter was rude and a jackass. I left and went somewhere else to buy what I needed. I will NEVER recommend this place..
