They are thieves and WILL NOT fix what breaks even with their “warrantee”. I bought a stove and a fridge. Both broke 3 times each with-in the first 2 months of getting them. The fridge broke THREE times. Not only did it take over a week to get them to come out to repair it but they didnt even fix it. I had to pay out of my own pocket to repair my fridge. O and they will not repay you for lost groceries in the fridge if it breaks, even if it breaks THREE times in a 2 month time span. They sell garbage and then you pay the price by throwing out over $100 worth of groceries. As for the stove I reported them to the BBB for this particularly. I got the stove and everything worked. 2 weeks later it had problems. I called for them to come out and as they were repairing it they broke the digital display. I called about this and they said, the digital display isn’t covered in the warrantee. I said, but your guy just broke it… This didn’t matter and it remained broken. Over the next TWO months the stove broke TWO more times. Finally I told them I wanted my money back for the fridge that broke THREE times and the stove that broke THREE times and still was broken. Mega Appliance said, wait TWO months and we’ll see if we can find a replacement. Apparently I was to wait TWO months without a stove. I never heard back from them. The other day the stove finally broke totally and does not work at all. I called and emailed them about it but never heard anything from them. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from them but if you do buy from them, youve been warned. :)

Paid $465 for a fridge. It comes with a 6 month warranty. 5 months and 3 weeks into it, it breaks. They tried to replace it with a fridge that was older and missing pieces. I refused. They had my fridge for a month and said they "fixed" it. The next day the ice maker stopped working. This place is a joke. Their customer service is non-exsistant. After they get your money youre pretty much dead to them. NO help from them if there is a problem. All theyll do is replace your nice stuff with junk. Almost seems like a bait and switch. I had 7 days left on my warranty when they took mine for repairs. Once they brought it back, it stopped working again a day later. They refused to honor it. Did I mention the customer service SUCKS!?!?

This is the place for used appliances. I waited here months to write this review purposely. I bought a refrigerator in the microwave three months ago. The refrigerator cost me $200 in the microwave cost me $10. Both products are still working perfectly and the people there were great.This place has a great product at a great price. If youre looking to save some money on appliances this is the place to come too.

Buyer Beware!!! They will take full advantage of you... Do not trust them or buy from them. I made the mistake of buying a dish washer from them which broker after 2 times of use. They refused to replace it and took them 2 weeks to come over to fix it. It still doesnt work property and they will not give me my money back.
