I needed a thermal fuse for a Samsung dryer. Amy was the best, she even showed me how to reset the old one. It was damaged and too far gone to reset, so I just bought a new one. They had it in stock and ready to go at a price better than Amazon. She even explained how to keep the part lasting longer keep The duct clear. The duct was actually crushed. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Called all over Broward and Palm beach county. They were the only place that had the part I needed in stock. They were very helpful and offered alternate procedures to fix the problem with my refrigerator. They will also ship ups if needed. A very honest bunch of folks work here. We though we needed a new thermal switch, but they just reset it for us for no charge and the dryer has worked fine ever since. Dont let the appearance of the store steer you away, they know their stuff.
