TERRIBLE! I went to kmart to shop for some plants with my daughters 8 and 5, while i was in the garden center the door was locked on us; we realized that the door was closed when we were preceding to pay. We started banging on the door for 20 minutes, we call the store and nobody answered the phone. The manager of the store locked me and my daughters outside in the gardening center, it was over 90 degrees! I continued to bang on the door my fingers are sore, my daughters were very scared, after a while finally another customer came and tried to open the door but he couldnt, it was locked, he managed to unlock it and let us in. When I went to tell a cashier she apologized and told me to tell the manager. I went to talk to the manager and she scolded me saying "everyone knows the gardening center closes at 6pm, and I closed it, there was noone there" I WAS, she then said "there is another door you could have used" that door is not easy visible, she never apologized or tried to make it right, she neglected to identify her self and basically let me know it was our fault. Its no wonder the store is in such bad shape, bad employees create bad customer satisfaction, never going back, you just lost a customer.

Este Kmart es anticuado, el personal es poco amable, en una oportunidad compre allí una tabla playera de anime para mi hijo y el mismo día se dañó, fui al día siguiente a cambiarla, les mostré la factura digital y como no tenía la factura en físico no me hicieron el cambio, hablé con la gerente y esta dijo me trató indiferentemente y sólo dijo: si no tiene la factura física no se hace el cambio. Yo no lo podía creer. Me fui a otro Kmart con la factura digital para comprobar si era verdad que necesitaba la factura física y allí me hicieron el cambio sin ningún reproche.

Misleading prices and extremely horrible customer service! HORRIBLE My som received a t-shirt for a gift, so we didnt have a receipt . It is too large. We tried to exchange it but they wouldnt let us. I understand the policy, however when you receive a gift it is common not to have a receipt. So as you can see this policy does not support good customer service. I asked for corporate phone number and they gave me four bad numbers. I had to find the information myself. This was just for a purchase costing less than 20 dollars. We didnt want money back, just an exchange. I talked to someone on the complaint line and they wouldnt help. This is why Kmarts are closing. Target and Walmart doesnt make it this difficult to exchange a gift. I will never use your store again!

I was in the Kendall store today looking for a pair of work slacks. I asked the person whom was working on the floor in that department if she can help me or at the very least direct me to where I might find them. Her words to me were, "What you see is what you can choose from". Also "if you dont find it is because youre not really looking so go ask someone at customer service". Needless to say, I was appalled by this womans response. Whatever happened to customer service? So naturally, I left behind my FULL cart of items that I was going to purchase and took my business elsewhere. To Wal-Mart to be exact. Never again will I shop in this particular Kmart.

This store is awful... It is the worst big box store I know. There are 2 to 3 cashiers open TOPS. They used old outdated IBM point of sales from the 80s. The employees are awful and no one cares about anything. Its the equivalent of county employees working in a retail store. Even the online purchase / store pick up is atrocious. Took me almost an hour to pick something up the one time i placed an online order. I knew the store was the worst but I figured well, its just picking something up, how bad could it be? BAD... I dont know how this store even stays open to be honest.

I do not understand how Kmart is still surviving! This place is horrible cave, the cleanliness, decoration, and lighting horrible. The customer service even worse I went to pick something I ordered online and I couldnt find where The puck up desk was. When I asked the person who work there they just pointed at the end of the store without willing to help or anything. I went to the end of the store! And guess what?! It wasnt there and I had to find it myself!

Sad...I took my son because he wanted a fishing rod and we were close by. When we went to go pay, I had to endure the conversation the cashier was having with her boyfriend, who was slouched against the counter. After hearing several profanities (MF) I just HAD TO comment about the foul language! At least it shut the guy up - I will avoid this place. Very bad customer service. btw, my son loves the telescoping fishing rod.

This store sucks, I only went in because they were having a sale on their patio which my mother wanted for Mothers day. They utterly messed up on everything from not checking to see if the item was in Stock before u purchased it, then I have to wait ten business days to get my money back, wait it gets better I will get it through the mail.... Wtf we are in 2015, I paid with a debit card!!!!! Incompetent

I HATE coming to this store!! They look at you funny as if youre going to steal. The store IS always dirty and the racks are a mess!! You NEVER find your size!! The clothes rip/tear easily and last 4 washes and shrink after first wash!! The Customer Service SUCKS!!! Rude people. Dont care about customers. Lines are ridiculously long!! I see better service at Wal-Mart!! KMART just go OUT OF BUSINESS!!

This place is horrible!!! Placed an order for pickup, got the email to go pick up. These people are rediculous! Was there a hour and a half would have been there longer if I didnt go into the layaway area find the freezer I ordered and throw it in a cart myself. Manager never showed up after associates tried calling her for 45 minutes. No wonder Kmart and Sears are gonna be gone soon!

Customer service is horrible. Just went today and I bought something on 8/15 and today is 9/18. They were close some days for the hurricane, and there was no power for days too. All I was asking for was store credit and they just told me NO. I couldnt get even store credit to buy something else. Wont come back to a Kmart store never again.

I dont understand why it has a huge banner saying 24/7 but I arrived at the Kmart at 9:55PM and the manager has literally kicked me out before even entering the store. Extremely rude will not be coming back to Kmart ever again there are better options like Target or Walmart for a much better price.
