I have been trying to return my washer and dryer for weeks and no one will get back to me. The first time I tried calling someone picked up the phone and placed me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on Me. I called back and and he then told me he was busy taking care of another customer and took my number. I waited for a call back and never got one so I called back again. Finally he took my information and set up a time for my washer and dryer to be picked up. The day is now here and no one has contacted me about picking up my washer and dryer. I tried calling the store to find out what was going on and I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back again and a lady then placed me on hold for another 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and got the first guy that answered the phone and I asked him if he had time to talk because I spoke with him a little while ago and he placed me on hold and never got back to me and he hung up in my face. I hung up and called back and he answered and as soon as I said hi he hung up in my face again. I am now calling for the 8th time in a row and no one will even pick up my phone calls now. So unprofessional. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

I used to work here and the place sucks. The prices are not as good as they seem. The appliances that they sell are pretty much sold very close to their original price. If it has a dent take $10 off the original price and thats the big "saving" customers get. If the employees look like they dont know what theyre doing its because they actually dont know what theyre doing. I worked there for a month and I still dont know what a high efficiency washing machine does or what is the difference between the two. Thats because they dont actually teach you that they just teach you how to sell the product and how to work the cash register. This place is a joke. Not to mention they still have the same computers/software from the 80s.

I wish I could give this Sears no stars. The person who helped us initially was actually very nice but the manager could use some serious etiquette training. She treats customers like dirty dogs. Thats probably why there are so many negative reviews for this particular sears outlet. All that happened was I found a better deal for appliances elsewhere and when I called to cancel the purchase the exact same day, the manager gave me a very nasty attitude and even raised her voice when she spoke to me. Then to make matters worse she hung up on me. This outlet should seriously consider replacing this manager and perhaps things will change for the better. I will definitely contact the BBB just because of her.

Do not get full with the prices. You may think you are getting a saving but by the time you add installation costs, delivery, and warranty costs, you end paying the same or more then what you get at HomeDepot. Also, you dont want to inherit the installation and delivery nightmare that comes with the purchase. My delivery went to the right address but the wrong appliance. The installation of my dishwasher went to the wrong address three times. I had to reschedule, reschedule, and reschedule again and again. The fourth time they finally showed up but two hours later than promised. Never will I buy anything from them. Not worth the headaches.

Dont get ripped off like I didnt!! I went in there thinking I was going for a bargain and ended up paying $100 more on the stove! When I went to Sears to check for a microwave that the outlet than how I found my stove brand-new any box without any dance for $100 less ! When I went back to the outlet store to file my complaint they kept giving me the runaround. Then when I filed a complaint with Sears customer service they told me they do not represent the outlet stores they do not belong to Sears. So pretty much Sears was not backing up their name ! You live and learn !!

I called 2x today to order a washer/dryer set - $1800 order. I already knew what I wanted and all I had to do was order. Two separate women at the 2 times I called put me on hold and just dropped my call, one even said "I got customers in front of me" and just put me on hold to forget about me. Your women employees are Rude, Rude, Rude. I have been in medical sales for 6 years and had my own business for 8 years before this - I would Never treat a customer like this. This is why your store is going down the dumpers!

It is so funny, after the purchase of laundry equipment from SEARS Outlet located in Medley, Florida, on Sunday April 7, 2013, the delivery department informs on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:00 AM that the equipment will be delivered between 9 AM and 11 AM. Do they consider that we work? do they have some consideration to organize our schedules? and, after all this, the guy answering was so rude as if he was doing a favor to us. I am sure this will bring down considerably the SEARS business.

This place is great for finding big home items like appliances and beds at a reasonable price BUT if you have any issues that requires customer service after purchase is made brace yourself. Theres no customer service no one to care for even returning an item. You will be ignored and cast aside...so.please be aware of what you buy and make sure everything is covered before you make your payment. It has taken me a week to make a simple return.

The salesman helping me name was Frank. He was very patient with me although I wanted to see several mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different brands of mattresses and really gave me a great Insight on the different levels of plushness and firmness in the different brands of mattresses they carry. I would rate my service as five stars which is unusual for me . 2 thumbs up

You can find quality brand names at great prices if you have the PATIENCE to look through the store. I am a very picky customer and Frank went above & beyond!! Although they were very busy, once it was my turn Frank took the time to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I am a repeated customer and highly recommend this place!

No need to camp out a store on Black Friday like an idiot. Gentleman that assisted us was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Well be back for a fridge, dishwasher, microwave...

I bought a washer & dryer online, then when it got delivered it wasnt the one that I bought. I had to return it and cancelled the whole transaction because they didnt have the one that I bought online and neither in any of their stores. To cancel the transaction took me over 3 weeks. Very bad customer service not to say the worst.
