I had never considered buying used appliances before, I originally came into their location to inquire about repair service on my 00 refrigerator since I worked in the area a few blocks down. But when I got there I saw this beautiful stainless steel one (which to be honest at first I didnt know it was used, it looked brand new!) and when I found out it was used and the price I was getting it for I was even more in love. Well anyway to make a long story short I was so impressed with the quality of their appliances that I also got a washer and dryer set to replace the dinosaurs i had at home! Delivery was a very reasonable price and they even took care of my old units for free (saving me the headache) And to Michi0623 im sure you wouldnt of gotten much off of your old washer you probably could of only sold it for scrap metal which is not worth the headache of the transport. (im telling you from experience I tried that when I first moved into my home in 2000 and bought new appliances) Personally my experience with this company was a good one, and I will definately refer them to friends and family. -Kathleen Coral Gables, Fl

WARNING Eagle app. is probable ok if you never have a problem but if you do there are the worst!! bought frig on 8-17-16 went bad the next day called several times dont answer my calls worst Co. I ever dealt with you might wont to go someplace else I wish I read this from someone before I dealt with this Co.

Dont go there, the appliances are old often defective or broken If you call them, they kindly answer yesss, we ll come now or tomorrow and they never come nor call you back- I think it is the worst appliances company of the MIAMI area- not professional at all

I bought a refrigerator and a washer/dryer from them. The service was outstanding, great family-run business, very friendly, reliable and they stand by their products. Id do business with then again any day.
