Went there to look for a specific item and the "Senior Sales Associate Elite Club Member - Stephanie Krieger" wasnt very helpful at all. She showed no interest in helping me or showing any knowledge in the item that I was looking for. Im sure they have professional sales associates there but certainly not Stephanie. Not sure if she was just having a bad morning. Anyhow, the customer shouldnt deserve that.

If youre looking for a nice high end watch, go see Roy at Sidney Thomas Jewelers. He is super knowledgeable but not pushy or sales-y. Always a pleasure to stop in and see whats new, and they carry some of the best brands including Rolex, Panerai, Tag, Breitling and Tudor.
