I went here because I was looking for tension settings online and determined I wanted a Gelin Abaci ring, and Venus was the only dealer around for that brand. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful (seriously, read the story below if you like), they really helped me with the price and with financing (I know this because I had gotten several quotes for the same ring) and they have a Keurig machine if you need some joe :) Donna at Venus Jewelers helped me tremendously by answering my questions about the unusual settings, ordering in different settings I had seen on the Gelin Abaci website, and ordering in some different stones for me to look at (I had said I wanted a blue stone). She even helped me change the order once it was already placed and being made! (I got nervous about the size at the last minute and asked my now-wife to get some second opinions on her ring size... and she got 3 different sizes at 3 different jewelers :/ (None of these were Venus though, we lived in different states!)) In the end I got the perfect ring I had envisioned, with a better sapphire than I had thought my budget would get me! Im posting a pic of it to this page. Cheers!

There are not enough stars in this rating system to adequately reflect how truly special they are as a business and more importantly as people. The staff is a team of highly skilled experts. The owners carry on the fine tradition of their father and are taking the business to the next level. Their recently renovated space beckons you and every aspect of Venus exemplifies what businesses should be today: knowledgeable, personal, service oriented and stocked with beautiful products. I bring friends from near and far for the Venus experience and everyone understands why I refer to them as "MY" jeweler. I am an extremely discerning consumer, with very high standards and a professional background in retail and consumer products. I do not shower compliments lightly but, I can not say enough about how special they are.

My fiancée and I went to visit Venus Jewelers a few months ago looking to buy an engagement ring. Having been in a number of jewelry stores previously we were expecting pushy sales people who try to sell you so that they can make their commission. We were very pleasantly surprised to discover that not only they didn’t try to sell us anything but they devoted enough time to educate us even more on the subject of diamonds and spent lots of time to show us their very eclectic and wide bridal selection. We were also very impressed with Peter’s knowledge on diamonds and his passion for his profession. Although we had to go back three times before we made our final decision we feel extremely comfortable to recommend Venus Jewelers to our friends and relatives. We visited Venus Jewelers for the first time yesterday. My husband and I have been married for 8 years and we were looking for a new engagement ring and wedding band as an upgrade for me. Ive never been diamond shopping before, so I was a little intimidated at the thought of the process. We met Peter & Jennifer and they (especially Peter) gave us a full education on what is important when picking out a diamond. His staff was very friendly and most importantly, they were not pushy sales people. They gave us the information we needed and were patient with us in the decision making process. The experience that I had with them was better than I could have ever imagined. If you are looking for fine jewelry, dont hesitate to go to Venus Jewelers. They are the best!

Ive been coming here for years and the Venus staff does everything in their ability to make sure that everything works out perfectly for me, whether itd be a simple watch battery or new diamond studs, or even some cold water and hot coffee. Theyre customer service, knowledge, and friendliness is simply unbeatable. A gentleman named Jason followed up on a repair that I recently picked up from Venus, and he made sure that I was happy with it and that were wasnt any problems. He went as far as giving me a gift certificate. It truly is amazing to see how much the Venus team cares about me. Peter, Igor, Dora, and Jason are all amazing, and I cant thank them enough for everything that theyve been for me! Highly highly highly recommend to everyone and anyone!!

Since Venus did such a wonderful job on my custom-made engagement ring I knew this would be the place to go for our wedding bands. Yvonne went above and beyond to help us select our rings that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I dont think we can go anywhere else for our jewelry needs since all the staff is so responsive and attentive. I cant imagine what Kim must have gone through with my fiancé when he was creating my engagement ring with her. I know he was so very particular about the look and feel and he and Venus knocked it out of the park. I love my engagement ring and I cant wait to wear my wedding band in September. My Spouse and I went to Venus Jewelers to get some jewelry repaired when we noticed their beautiful wedding rings. We initially were going to get our rings elsewhere but in no time we knew that Venus Jewelers was going to supply us with the rings that we would make our lifetime vows with. The service was incredible, professional and courteous. The rings we eventually chose were gorgeous and meant for us! I couldnt have been more happier with the rings and the service. We got our wedding bands from Venus Jewelers and who helped us was Igor. We absolutely love our wedding bands, my husband is super picky and he walked in for 10mins and knew exactly which one he wanted. Igor helped us with making the wedding band to his size and engraving both our bands as we wished. Igor also helped me find the most cost effective and beautiful channel set round diamond wedding band! I got it in white gold and let me tell you its been 6 months and I wear it everyday including when Im cleaning, cooking or doing dishes and everything in between. Amazing customer service and staff, but above all, very very beautiful jewelry and engagement rings. Worked with a young man named Jason, and he went above and beyond. I came in for a few batteries and repairs, and he took the time and effort to make sure everything was working and he even cleaned my jewelry and gave me a free jewelry cleaner while I was waiting. He put the biggest smile on my face and genuinely made me happy. Will definitely be back whenever I need any type of jewelry. Folks make sure you check Venus out! Everyone there made me feel like I was special!

I only visit Venus to get my watches sized. They always smile and are very friendly. Although watch sizing and batteries are usually a draw to get customers in the store to buy other items this is not the case here....they are happy to size every watch i bring in...and with my vast collection they size a lot of them. And they never ever try to sell me anything. I love theae folks and if i ever do need a piece of jewelry i will come here first. For anyone who is in the fence about visiting Venus...jump off now..these folks are great people.
