About 3 weeks ago, I went into this particular Zales looking for a ring. I found a ring that I liked here but also had another one in mind at another store. I spoke with one of the associates about how I should handle this order seeing as though I may have to return one of the items. She was extremely sweet, helpful, and thorough. She went over what options she thought would work for me and assured me that a return would not be an issue. The ring I purchased was on sale, and was only in a size 7. I am a size 4 and thought that Id have to then pay more on top of its original price to get it resized. She informed me you cannot go down 3 sizes, only 2 but what she could do was order it for me in my size. The downside, Id have to wait 3 weeks for it to be made. I asked if because it was being made and they normally dont accept returns on those items, what I should do if after all of that I decided not to keep the ring. She told me not a big deal, they will gladly accept it. I was surprised at how willing to work with me they were as well as honest and helpful. About 2 weeks later, I receieved a call that my ring was in. It was beautiful, came in a box, and was cleaned beautifully. After all was said and done, I did decide to return this ring. Not because it wasnt beautiful but the other ring I had also ordered was the one I wanted more. I couldnt afford both though I wish I couldve! I was concerned that I would encounter a hard time returning it but it was totally hassle free. I was in and out of the store with a refund in 5min. I highly recommend this particular Zales, they are respectful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I will be back in the future.

If you want a wonderful, non-pushy sales person to help you pick something out for yourself or for your loved one, please go visit Denise @ Zales in Woodbridge center mall. She was the most helpful, down-to-earth sales person Ive ever encountered in a jewelry store. Denise went out of her way to help my fiance pick a band that would match the style of her engagement ring and searched the entire Zales website to find me a wedding band I would love. Please go get the quality service you deserve!

I was on the market for an engagement ring and every person in this store was helpful, accommodating, patient and extremely sweet. They knew what they were talking about and helped me pick rings within our price range. They had a great attitude beginning to end, and I tried on a number of rings! I recommend this place to anyone getting engaged or looking for wedding bands!

We bought the diamond engagement ring January 2015. The service rep told us that the diamond certificate will be mailed to us within 4 weeks. Now its been 4 months and we still have not received the certificate. We have called the store many times and every time it was an empty promise. Stay away from this store.

I came here to pick up a Zales ring that I chose to have repaired here. I was kept waiting because they were busy. No rush on their end to try to get me assistance , even despite the fact that I told them I just came to pick up a ring. I will not be returning here.
