SB Jewelers was by far the best experience I ever had buying a watch. I had seen the location many times since I frequent nearby stores, but had never walked inside until today. I wanted to look at their Citizen watches since they are featured on Citizens official site as an authorized seller, but was considering buying the watch from Amazon. I really only intended to try on the watch, and then buy it on Amazon since I thought they had the lowest price I could find online. I was in for a SURPRISE! Dora was extremely helpful in assisting me, and even though the watch I had initially wanted was discontinued, I was shown two watches which I really liked. I couldnt decide which watch to get, so it was suggested to get both, and I was told they would hold the second watch for me later if I put a deposit down on it now. This made me very happy as I love collecting watches. They were able to give me such a great price on them, I felt as if I had been coming there for years! The service was so phenomenal, I was even given bottled water while waiting for everything to be finished. Richard was very knowledgeable and showed me a beautiful Movado. It was also great conversing with the other regular customers, and hearing their thoughts on watches. I will be coming here regularly to purchase my watches, as they have made a loyal customer out of me! I highly recommend anyone to go here to purchase their jewelry!! Thanks SB Jewelers!!!!

My fiance and I had been looking for a ring, but nothing caught my eye. I thought I knew what I wanted, but what looked beautiful on the display case or on another person, I didnt like on my finger. I stopped by Shin Brothers only by chance and was impressed from the moment I walked in. Everyone was genuinely friendly and not pushy as I have seen in so many other stores. I was shown the rings they had and fell in LOVE with one particular ring. It was nothing that I had seen before and completely different from what I thought I wanted. The craftsmanship, the quality...breathtaking. At that point, Richard (who is a love!) came out and told me that he had designed the ring himself! Needless to say, I came back with my now fiance and he was so impressed that he put a deposit right then and there. They were also able to size it down while we waited so that it would be ready for when my fiance was. After he proposed, he kept going on and on about how great his own experience with Richard and the rest of the staff was, and how friendly and accommodating they were (and he is a very picky man). I have been drumming since I was 4 yrs old and have been a drum teacher for 8 years now. My logo displays a snare drum with drumsticks. I had recently gotten engaged to a wonderful man who knows how much drumming means to me. A few yrs ago we discussed a ring style where the design of my engagement ring would match my drum logo. Obviously, a rather unique and complicated design, and after an exhaustive search through 4 different jewelers, he had come across Shin Brothers Jewelers website and was impressed with their unique work. Dan worked with the owner and his staff to get the ring exactly the way he wanted. Richard was very patient and professional when dealing my detail-oriented fiancé, who happens to be a designer. Let’s just say the end result is absolutely beautiful! Every time I show my ring, people are amazed by the amount of detail and craftsmanship that was put into the ring. Right now we are currently working with the owner on my wedding band, which will be in the shape of a drum throne to compliment my engagement ring. I cannot wait to see the results as I have complete confidence that the wedding band will be just as gorgeous as my engagement ring. They turned our vision into reality and for that I give them 5 Stars!!!

We have been using Richard, the owner, as our jeweler, since we met him at the Rte.18 Flea Market, the summer of 1999. Everyone was quite friendly. They would come over to greet us and ask us if we needed help. If we told them no, just looking, they would say okay, if you need help just let us know. And thats the way it always was. Never any pressure, never standing around while youre just looking. A nod youre way, just to let you know they havent forgotten you. After a few visits, what a greeting we would get. And we bought something that was modest in price. That wasnt important. The quality of their product and how their customers are treated has been their concern. We needed something special for our daughters college graduation, it was nowhere to be found. Except with Richard; he designed the bracelets from our drawing and they were perfect. Everything is of the highest quality and superb service,No matter what youre buying, or just looking, no one will do better buy you. Good old fashion honesty!! If you use Shin Brothers, you will become part of the family. Whether you go in one time or you keep going back, it doesnt matter, Go in, see what I mean, you wont be sorry.

I wish I could give Shin Brothers Jewelers more than 5 stars! If you are looking for gorgeous jewelry and the best, most AMAZING repair, this is the place for you, do not go anywhere else. Both the owner and his staff were incredible, kind and understanding, willing to go the extra mile. I went to Richard in order to repair my wedding ring set. I had gone to another jeweler who completely ruined my rings. I went into Shin Brothers almost in tears, hopeful for a miracle. We agreed on the repair, however he called me the next day to tell me he had an even better idea (How awesome is that??)! I felt that Richard truly wanted me to have the best and to put a smile on my face. Not only did they repair them, and custom make an enhancer with my two wedding bands, they surpassed any hope or expectation, I could have imagined. The repair was FLAWLESS, the jeweler Paul is a master in his craft! I will not be going anywhere else for repairs or for jewelry. Thank you and I cannot wait to go back.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Shins Brothers and its exquisite. We had shopped around for months with no luck; I was very disappointed. My friend recommended her jeweler (Mr. Shin) we went together and browsed through a few rings and within minutes I found the one, I was so excited but nervous because the stone was round and I had my heart set on a princess cut, Mr. Shin himself said "Do not worry, lets pick the stone you want and we will have it ready for you now" I replied "Now?", he said "Yes", my heart started beating fast I couldnt wait to see the outcome. Once the ring was ready and he brought it out I almost cried, I said "I absolutely love it, I cant live without it!. The prize and the quality are uncomparable. I will not purchase from anyone else again, whether be a small piece of jewelry or another exquisite piece. Satisfaction is their priority! Thank you Mr. Shin and thanks to your wonderful staff!!!!!
