Ive only ever been to the original Tiffany store on 5th Avenue, but needing to exchange an item while out and about in NJ with a friend and her child, we stopped at Short Mills. This location was clearly under construction, as half the store (the middle) was empty, save a case of baby rattles. Once we arrived in the sterling silver section, we were greeted by a not-so-friendly customer service agent who looked at us like we were rift-raft. Very odd, considering we werent dressed sloppily. It amazes me that the staff at the original location, that deals with more tourists than anything, manages to make you feel welcome but this mall in New Jersey doesnt have the same staff. I wouldnt return to this location to purchase an item. Id rather buy online!

Went to pick up a ring exchange because the prior ring was damaged and not only was it the wrong size, but the Customer Service rep, George was rude and took like 15 minutes every time he had to go do something. I asked for the manager and got some Rosa lady who was just as rude and said we will just give you your $ back. She didnt even try to look it up in PKB or call the other store. I just went to Garden State Plaza mall .Came back again to purchase sunglasses, got some Francesa lady, she was rude. Will never go back. Garden state plaza has way better customer service skills-everyone was really nice and knows their merchandise!
