Bought a 2003 Grand Marquis in 2012. Went in to look at a Crown Vic, talked to Chris and decided not to purchase it. Chris asked what I was looking for, and a few days later contacted me with a couple of choices. I decided on the Grand Marquis. They gave me a decent vehicle at a fair price. After taking possession I noticed a clanking sound from the front end when hitting bumps...had it looked at and it turned out to be a broken coil spring. Called Chris and he had me bring it back that day, and gave me a loaner for the night while they fixed it. No problems since then, going on 2 1/2 years now. I feel like theyre a decent company and stand behind their cars. I would definitely buy from them again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES Bought a truck from them- got it home and no spare tires- was told "you should have looked when you bought it" Started having trouble with engine immediately- NO return calls I take it to a local repair shop to get it documented- THE ENGINE BLOWS UP! Finally get a call back, he tells me "sorry its past 30 days" The owner Chris tries to get me to commit insurance fraud by filing application after the fact. After saving $7000 for a new engine, I have a dealer fix it and then inspect it- THE BRAKES ARE ALL BAD! - I dont know how they passed the inspection when they sold it to me but they should have their license pulled. I live in the apt in the middle and they treat ME like a terrorist putting nails on my tires, dont do brakes just started doing oil and most vehicles have over a hundred thousand miles all from the auction with a huge markup the majority are just detailed..nice to possible sales people but rude behind everybodys back I certainly wouldnt trust them and I am a polite professional gentleman

Chris is a standup guy, made the nerve wracking experience worth the while. Very honest and forthcoming with what he knows of vehicles he sells. Purchased a 2005 Ford Focus, and as I write this couldnt be happier. I do not know him personally, just more than satisfied. His honesty is really something lacking in the industry...honored to have seen it still can exist...thank you.

Used Windstar rear axle broke 6 weeks after purchase. Alternator within 90 days. Attempt to pass inspection 1 year later showed frame rusting out. Warranty was useless. Called office only to learn Chris moved south. Personal mechanic told me that no respectable dealer would have put a car up for sale in that condition.
