This is the most god awful and incompetent dealer I have ever come across. The sales rep and finance manager tricked me into buying a warranty for a used car I purchased through them . They mentioned that I had the best warranty available and was bumper to bumper and should there ever be an issue that they would have a car waiting for me. This of course is not the case. In four months the car has been there 5 times! They have never had a car there and require me to put a credit card on file with enterprise, who in-turn places a hold on my account. Not to mention they failed to communicate that any time that I use this "warranty" I have a $100 deductible. The service manager Dawn I have been in contact with is the least qualified individual to deal with people I have ever come across. She consistently speaks in a condescending fashion and tries to make it seem as if they are doing me a favor by fixing this car that is pile of garbage. Do your self a favor and steer clear from these crooks.

Bought my vehicle from Towne roughly a week ago. Worked with Scott to test drive and close the sale. I did not feel pressured at any point and Scott was attentive throughout the process. Held the vehicle as I finalized paperwork on a credit union auto loan. Scott held excellent communication with me throughout the process which put me at ease. Overall I recommend Towne to anyone looking for hassle free car buying.

I had an appointment with Mike whom I spoke with the day before ... Mike was no where to be found and neither was anyone else. I had to approach a woman in her office so I could get anyone to even acknowledge I was there. She also tried to call Mike and no answer .. I tried calling a couple more times and decided to take my money elsewhere since no one here obviously cared about selling a vehicle.

I would like to thank towne jeep dodge on camp road in Hamburg for the inability to repair my truck. My truck has gone in 2 plus times a year for the same problem. Each time attempts are made to repair the truck but they have had NO success in doing so in 4 1/2 years. They dont care, they just wish i would go away!!! I have purchased 4 cars from them in the past with no problems till now.

Dawn, the service manager is vile and condescending and my sales rep "Fish" is incompetent. This is by far the worst dealer ever. They are misleading and deceptive. No consumer should ever have to be treated this way. Run in the other direction!!!!
