My experience with car credit nation has been a disaster. There are several issues that Im about to explain and one in particular every customer that has had their car fixed at there service department and has a extended warranty through AVP needs to pay close attention to. If you have had a part replaced you need to go back into the service department and get records of how many miles are on the replacement part due to contract stating the part must have equal or lesser mileage than currently on the vehicle. Also they have placed me living in a county that I never provided any proof I lived there and currently have delinquent taxes in that county and have been trying to resolve the issue going on 2 weeks now with no resolution. I have also spoken with the owner Mr. Sr. and he explained to me I need to continue working with the correct departments there was nothing he could do to help solve my issues. I feel as a owner customer satisfaction should be a number one priority and he has made it very clear that is not his main goal. I also highly recommended looking at the BBB complaints that have been filed against them. I am waiting until Monday to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau myself.

Car Credit Nation is manupulative, abusive and controlling. Imagine buying a car from a crazy ex and this is what you get. Want to get body work done somewhere else? Forget about it. Accident wasnt your fault? Car Credit will make you pay up front for any damage to the vehicle, and then require you to bring the car in for an "inspection" before they finally decide to think about signing off for insurance money to be sent to the reputable body shop in town. Do not buy from Car Credit unless you can pay for the vehicle in full. They install tracking devices on all cars that are on loans and constantly use threats to coerce customers to stay in line. Luckily Navy Fed offers lower rates on car payments and doesnt try to nickle and dime their customers for everything they have. My girlfriend really needed the car from here, but it was not worth it in the long run. They do not respect warranties or any other agreements. Any claims of being a "Christian" or "religious" company is part of the ploy to attract trusting customers.

It was a year ago but I didnt have a google email address to give my review. I actually was a bystander as my bf bought his 2002 Mercedes from Priscilla. She was wonderful. If it wasnt for the long process and animated videos, I would rate 5☆. I would highly recommend buying a car from Car Credit Nation. They will work with you on the down payment as well as when your payments are due based on your paychecks. Another great aspect is the free oil changes per the length of what you are approved for. The mechanics shop has been great at checking out any issues that arise and have resolved any that have.

I had such an amazing experience from the time i walked in up until i drove off the lot in my new used car the staff at Car Credit Nation were absolutely amazing, and questions or concerns i had they put them all to rest. Salesman Michael Was awesome he worked with me for a couple weeks he knew the situation I was in with my child being sick. I called him up and he did his best to hold a vehicle. I came back in and saw a beautiful Gold minivan a 2005 Dodge Caravan I was a little nervous at first but Michael talked me into taking for a test drive. Once I took that van for a ride I fell in love with the van. Michael , Shawn and Amber the 3 associates I dealt with did an above and beyond job Thank you Guys

They were really great on listening to my concerns and not trying to just put me in anything. I must say Jack Killer was an amazing driver and a great salesman even after talking to my father. Sean was very nice and explained all of the information in great detail. I must say my favorite salesman was Dylan, he was very energetic, outgoing, and had a great personality. Micheal Leizear was wonderful he returned my phone call and listened to what I was looking for and did not try to have me look at something I was not interested in. The whole staff was very friendly from walking into the door to leaving with our new Jeep they also treated my ten year old like a customer and shook his hand as well. Not 100% sure which person I talked to on the phone, but the gentleman refused to give me a cash price over the phone. You would think when someone calls with $5000 cash asking about a specific vehicle, the rep insisted that I come in to discuss a price. Why would I go out of my way with only five thousand dollars without knowing how much the vehicle is going to be?? I guess if you dont finance through them, they dont want your business.

Awesome and straightforward salesman Mr.Jack Keller! I had stopped in earlier today spoke with him, came back when husband came home and he stayed until the deal was done! Which was past closing time! Got the extra warranty and GAP coverage as well for well worth the cost which they financed into my payments!!! And they offer autopay! Perfect for me and my busy life.
