I hate writing bad reviews, but I do this to help other people with their computer/cellphone repairs. Please consider taking your gadget somewhere else before here. I took my 1 year old Mac for repair - I unfortunately had milk spilled on it. OneClick kept my computer for more than 3 days, and gave me a quote for over $950 to have it shipped to Apple and repair it in aprox 4-6 business days. I, as a college student, really do not have $950 dollars to spare [I made the last payment for this laptop last month :/ ] I took my laptop to a place 3 min away, CPR (CellPhone Repair) in the Sedanos plaza (58th & 107th ave) small and family owned store. They opened my Mac, cleaned it and fixed it in less than 3hrs. It is now working perfectly fine. They also gave me a 1 month guarantee. All of this for less than $90. Very sad OneClick took 3 days and were going to charge me more $900! They werent even able to provide me a detailed report of the repairs they planned - said they needed it to be sent by Apple themselves. Hope this saves some people some money!

I took my phone cuz my screen was freezing I left it there the next day I came pick it up because there was nothing wrong with it and it didnt even last an hour that my screen was freezing again I took it back and they told me that it was my screen because of the hair line crack that I had on I paid the 138 a few days later I come back and they told me that Apple changed my phone and I was like what about the money I paid for my screen because if Apple replace it my phone has warranty for that and they said that the money I paid went to the new phone at the end I had to go to a real Apple Store to change my phone because they didnt even change my phone because the replacement phone they gave me had the same problem as my other phone and they stole my money. Like I will never be going back there

I went there for a technical issue from an update i had on my phone, I was welcomed immediately by Rebecca the manager, she was able to take my phone in and explain what was wrong exactly with it, she was relatable and empathized with me, and I received it back in a timely fashion, great customer service and would recommend this place for any having issues with their apple products.

Terrible, i feel scammed, they sells as "authorized apple retailer" but dont accept returns or exchanges. They sold me an ear plugs, when i realized i couldn t charge and use ear plugs at the same time i tried to exchange them for a regular ear pods and toldme "sorry we do not accept exchanges or returns. Dont buy there, just go to a real apple store.

Stay away - Stay Away!!! Bought a MacBook 33 months ago. They customized it with an additional hard drive. Now it wont turn on, repair is no longer under Apple Care because of their mod. They told me to take it to the Apple store, Apple store says take it to OneClick. Complete joke, never buy anything here and expect Apple to honor the warranty.

Terrible service. No knowledge on all types of equipment. If you look for answers and help in the store that you bought the equipment the last thing that you want to hear is "did you read the instructions"... you want warranty for any equipment with flaws or at least a helpful attitude. Wont find that in this store!

This place is very good, I took my Mac which I had trouble with for over a month. They gave me a very good price plus a discount. I definitely recommend this place for service your apple products. Is even better than the Apple Store Without the long waiting and the endless lines.

Great service and friendly staff, no appointment necessary, the repair i think took a little longer if i would have taken the phone to a apple store, but you dont need appointment, so this is a plus.

Horrible service, the young girls are not trained at all. I got an appointed to have iPhone service at 10 am and technician does not start till 11 am.
