Walked into the store to buy a wireless headset i had seen online as being in stock. walked over to the proper department and asked an associate for help. he proceeded to tell me that the item i requested was not in stock (after asking a "Supervisor"). I then showed him on my phone that the item showed in stock and the website said more than five available. He continued to tell me it was not available and said i should look elsewhere. Determined, i continued to walked around the store to locate the item and what do you know....i found it. I then walked over to the associate and showed him the product and he then told me "oh it must have been hidden" although it was on the properly labeled peg.....i then asked the associate if they price match to which he said "Yes." i pulled out my phone and showed him a online competitors price and he called the Manager over. The manager took one glance at the phone and said "No." i asked why and he said "that price is to cheap". i showed him the "Price Match Guarantee" on their website and all he said was "Tough luck man, Im not adjusting that. find another store to do it" Im a long time Best Buy shopper and i can say now with absolute certainty i will NOT return to a best buy again. Id rather let my 4,000 points go to waste then walk into THIS best buy again. Worst service and rude people associates that were more interested in chatting among themselves then helping customer. Not to be the typical upset customer but i hope this store realizes that customers shopping at your store are what keep you in a job....Maybe consider treating them well before you piss off the wrong person or to many people and you find yourselves without a job.

El Best Buy de Kendall es muy completo y gran parte de los empleados hablan español. El local es muy grande y esta cadena es la mejor para comprar tecnología en forma personal. Los precios son similares a los que se pueden comprar online y la oferta es variada. Tiene sección de celulares, tablets, laptops, juegos, auriculares, entre otros. La atención de los empleados es cordial pero algo desganada. Tiene Wi Fi gratuito que es muy bueno para los que no tienen plan de datos ya que se puede buscar información y comparar precios de los productos. También se pueden comprar en casi todos los Best Buy tarjetas sim y contratar planes de telefonía o datos para tener una linea durante la estadía en el caso de los turistas. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento.

Purchased 6K worth of new appliances at the store. Promised that they would delivery between 8am-12pm in a few weeks. The day before the delivery, I got a call that the time had changed to between 12Pm - 4PM. I wasnt happy about it but made arrangements to move forward. The day of the delivery, I got a call at 10am to tell me they would be onsite by 4PM. Time came and went, called at 5PM and was told they were "on the way". 6PM called again with no answer, called again at 7:30PM with no answer, called again a 8pm, they were closed. Trucked showed up at 11:30pm. You can imagine how upset we were considering we had to get up early the next day for work. Even better is that the installer tells me that cant install one of the appliances (dishwasher) because they have to remove the cabinet. I explained to him that when it was purchased, I took pictures and showed the sales person and was assured that this wouldnt be an issue. I called to complain to customer service about my experience, letting them know that a whole day of work was lost and that other arrangements had to be made with my children and the customer service rep insults me by offering me a $25 gift card. If I had more time I would return the entire order. Youve lost a customer forever

Terrible customer service when it comes to the cell phone department. The manager there does not know how to treat customers. Long story short if you need to upgrade a line with whatever carrier DO NOT do it at this Best Buy. I was simply trying to upgrade a line to the Galaxy S7 when they said there was no stock. I found that suspicious since their online inventory said they had plenty. So I decided to call the corporate Best Buy customer care number to check the inventory at this store and the rep said that the Kendall store did in fact have it. Frustrated, I put the corporate guy on the phone with the in-store rep and boom suddenly they had the phone in stock, what a surprise...seems to me that this Best Buy is holding items for friends and family or even their own associates. In fact this has happened with other products on sale in the past. This Best Buy is a joke avoid it at all costs. Unless its just for pick-up, the front desk reps are the only ones trying to help...Elite member lost at this store.

I blatantly admit that I use this place for showrooming. They make it easy for me. It is the place to go and check out the latest in electronics, gadgetry, appliances, etc. And it is also convenient to buy at Best Buy as long as you check prices online and have it do price matching. Staff is really helpful, but it stays busy; so you may have to wait a bit too get a hold of somebody. Last week, I purchased there a PS4 bundle that included the console, 4 games and a charger for the controller for $349. They had run out of the charger, but the girl at customer service talked to her manager and got me a better one without charging me a penny extra. She was extremely nice and professional. Remember, check your prices online before buying at the store. I have them match Amazon pricing all the time. They gladly do do it, which saves me quite a bit, and I get the added bonus of instant gratification.

I went to take my laptop in because it kept randomly turning off, they told me I had a virus and they formatted my drive (solution to everything). They show me the laptop working , abd I explain that it shut of at random time intervals. They assured me it was fixed. I lost a bunch of data I hadnt backed up, but as long as my laptop worked I was OK with it. I get home after paying a ridiculous amount of money for something, my step son could of done. Then I get home start loading some other programs, and the laptop turns off. I go back tell them the same thing happed so they take it back and send it off somewhere. 2 weeks later they tell me the Power Supply was going bad and they replaced it. Some contracted company fixed it and the formated my drive for NOTHING. Bunch of overpriced moron dressed like geeks that dont really got any formal training on PC other than gaming.

Come on dudes. You guy are very helpless. Did you training your staffs before they comes out to work ? Is tough to get any help. Even they saw you walking around like chicken without a head for 30 min, But still nobody comes to help. These kids just need money to pay on their Playstation 4 or 2004 Honda Civic 2 doors. They dont care your business. They might referral their friends to work over there. But instead of work...They just referral friends to come for chatting....Do research by yourself before you go there. Estimate your time for 30 minutes to finding wheres your product that you want to buy is located. God bless you all.
