Purse Snatching and robberies almost daily here. To keep the bad PR down, the store will say "We will take care of it". Then the dont even file a police report, so to not get bad publicity. You know its bad when your family members have been robbed 3X at the same store! And they always say "Ohh our cameras did not catch anything" You wont read about it in the papers, because they try to keep the bad Publicity down. Ohhh well what do you expect from one of the dirtiest, most politically crooked, towns in the USA where they even Glorify a Football team who raped a girl? THIS IS A BAD TOWN, WITH A BAD WALMART, go to Calcutta or Weirton, MUCH SAFER, dont let loved ones go here and risk their lives. Some call the town STUPIDVILLE

After living in Bentonville, Arkansas for 3 years, I have a fairly high expectation of Wal-Mart. This Walmart doesnt even come close to the spectrum on the radar of the expectations I have grown accustomed to. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Weirton, their Walmart is brand new, and on a scale of 1-100, their store is 250% better. Walmart, I know yall got money, Ive been to Crystal Bridges. Lets get it together and clean up the Steubenville store, alright?

I love wally world there is none like this place and they have great deals and will price match their product for u from other competitors store prices....for example say krogers has pampers on sale for $16 Walmart will match that price with a brochure so that u will buy that product at their store....love it....just keep rolling.....

Walmart was great here the lady who worked the register this morning took the time to find out what type of batteries I needed for my purchase and found them for me and didnt hold up any lines behind me thats a great personal touch that most places dont do any more made it worth going back

The ABSOLUTE WORST AND DIRTIEST WALMART I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! CASHIERS ARE EXTREMELY SLOW! HAD TO WAIT IN LINE SEVERAL TIMES FOR 35 MINUTES TO AM HOUR!!!!! THAT WAS IN THE EXPRESS LANE........SERIOUSLY!?! Its like a ghost town in there any night. Cant find hardly anybody to help you.

Rebecca was the person who checked me out today and she was wonderful. I used terminal SC010668. Please reward her for the attention she gave me and the customer before me. She greeted me and asked how I was. She was attentive, helpful and courteous. She should be commended.

This store has some good prices. Four stars because I went in looking for a swim suit and didnt find very many options. But the grocery section had what I wanted. Clean. Employees around stocking items, so if I had needed help it wouldnt have been hard to find.

His is a nice, and appropriate size Walmart. It is never too busy inside and that may be either because of a lack of abundant parking spaces or because it is well staffed, or a combination of both. Items are always in stock and staff is friendly.

The girl working the electronics counter went above and beyond with helping me replace a malfunctioning cell phone. The best customer service Ive ever experienced at any Walmart. Shop here if youve experienced bad service in Weirton.

Their goldfish dont live more than 3 or 4 days because they are getting fish with tail rot and ick. And when you call them they blame their suppliers or give you a dumb excuse like, « Its from the long ride from our supplier»
