I contacted kevin at premier electronic solutions to install a new receiver,cd player and hook up them up with Pandora to my existing speakers throughout my home. when I first met him to discuss the project and the cost, he was more than willing to oversell me on other rooms in my house in addition to telling me of his expertise regarding the network he was going to install. upon installing the items, no mention was made of inferior wi-fi output in my home.the technician,left and the Pandora was only working intermittently. when I called premier back to inform them of the problem, I was met with an arrogant, unprofessional attitude by kevin who tried to blame the issue on an IT company I called for advise, since he was not willing to come back to my house to verify the problem in person. he wasnt however too busy to take my money and then tell me it would cost another $430.00 for a 3rd party router so the Pandora would work. this time the owner, matt came to my house,told me of the new router solution and convinced me to purchase the extra router. foolishly I paid the $430.00 (which he cashed immediately after leaving my house) and set up an appointment the next day. when the technician frank came,(by the way the only nice person in the company that I have met) he installed the new router and set up another network for the Pandora and left.the only issue at this point is that my bedroom printer is not working because the ip address is not on the network. when I called the next day to speak with matt the owner I was told by kevin that he was too busy to answer my call or the voice message from the night before. again, not too busy to take my money though. a few moments later I called kevin back to inform him that I would not stand for this atrocious customer service and his totally unprofessional, condescending attitude. I was met with a screaming,out of control lunatic. customer service obviously doesnt exist in their company. but cashing checks promptly does. I can honestly say I wouldnt buy a stick of gum from these assholes and hope that people shop around before spending their hard earned money with this company

My husband and I recently purchased a home theatre/surround sound system form Premier Electronics. The installers, Yusuf and Nate, were great guys and did a super job. They installed 7 speakers in our family room, 2 in our master bedroom and 2 outside in the ceiling of our back screened enclosure. Their work was masterful, and they have gone over and above what we would consider to be standard service. Nate even made a small modification to our daughters armoire shelf to enable it to accommodate her Wii box. They have remained highly accessible and responsive to our post-installation questions and issues, which were all easily resolved. Yusuf provided us with his personal cell number and said we could call him any time we had a question, and the couple of times we actually called him with "operator errors" he patiently guided us through steps to correct our situation. And, did I mention the sound? The sound is fantastic! I especially having music fill the house using the "network music" function of the system. My husband and I listen to our favorite Pandora stations and our 15 year old daughter listens to music from her iphone through the system. The bottom line is that we are quite satisfied with the system and the excellent service we have received.

I purchased an AV system through Premiere last Christmas. Prior to purchasing it I was impressed how Matt (the owner) came to my house looked at the room and the existing speakers and came back with a recommendation. He provided a number of options and pricing scenarios and worked with us to give us the best possible setup within our budget. The team did an outstanding job on the installation and the system performs far better than we could have imagined. That alone is a reason to buy a system from Premiere. BUT, in addition their service after the sale is stellar! This past month Denon (the maker of the AV Receiver) had a software problem that did not allow it to connect with Pandora. Denon made the software fix but I could not get the system to update. First, without having to call when the problem occurred Matt emailed all his customers with Denon systems and explained what happened. He also provided instructions on how to get the firmware fix. Secondly, I had problems getting the system to update and he scheduled an appointment to have one of his employees come to our house and help us figure it out. Premiere Electronic Solutions does provide premiere products and most importantly the company provides unmatched customer service.

We just purchased a home theater system from Kevin and couldnt be happier. Kevin did two consults and revised the specs and audio equipment to the configurations we wanted. Matt and Frank did an excellent super clean job installing our system. We found a few glitches in the pre-wiring of the house and they quickly moved around the issues. I bought an articulating wall mount from their competitor in which was defective with safety issues mounting a heavy TV. During the install, I decided to go with one of their wall mounts resulting in Matt and Frank to quickly change out the original I purchased with one of theirs. I should have bought an articulating wall mount from Premier in the first place. Once again, super clean work with no wires, cables, boxes, or anything showing. These guys get in and get out with professional service. Since we decided to go with an iPad control system, Kevin will be giving us a personal tutorial on how to work the system. We are very pleased with the quality and service Premier provided us. We will definitely be doing business with Kevin, Matt, and Frank in the future. Thanks again.

What a great experience with professionals! I dealt with Kevin, whom was very knowledgeable and was able to not only recommend the best equipment for my budget, but he let me test it before I even bought it! Not everyone knows their business these days, so its refreshing to find someone so passionate about their work that takes their time to make sure their customers get exactly what they need. Unfortunate experience for us and unhappy with customer service. Speakers that were recommended did not fit and now cant seem to get a promised refund processed after asking multiple times. Also, installers were not experienced and put up a sloppy looking (and crooked) pvc pipe outside our home instead of a promised break-out box. Installers also cut a hole in the ceiling in the wrong place and have yet to repair it also after repeated requests.

I had an appointment to get my home theater configured, took the morning off from work to do it. The owner had his wife call an hour after the scheduled appointment time to tell me that they wouldnt be able to make the appointment. Good job!
