They would get no stars if only. Their online ordering program is terrible. I made the biggest mistake of ordering from best buy on Thanksgiving day. I later decided to cancel the order and believe me not much later. I checked the e-mail for instructions on how to do so, and at website as instructed, the order doesnt appear. Its like I never placed an order at all. I waited, checked later, checked several times throughout the day, before going to bed, and nothing. I called customer service, explained the situation and two reps tell me they cant do anything, the order is ready to ship. I never received an alert that the order is in progress, I also added the text alert, got none of those. Im on day 3 of the order being placed. I call UPS once I finally get a tracking number in an attempt like they suggested to cancel the package. (Which I doubt because more than likely it may have to be Best Buy that has to cancel) UPS informs me that they do NOT have possession of the package. So for 3 days that the package is still in a best buy warehouse or what not. They cant make a phone call or any means of communication whether through pigeons or telegram, your rep cannot cancel an order? Im trying to make sense of all this because I just have to wait till the package arrives to refuse it. Take into consideration that I may not be home to refuse package and one of the carriers whether UPS or FEDEX tends to just leave the package at the proch and go on their merry way. At this current moment Im on hold on the phone waiting 30 minutes. Heres my complaint and to end, I WILL NEVER buy from best buy ever again. Worst service, worst experience ever. (Note: I left for a moment to get some water and proof read my entry at this moment its going on 35 minutes on hold)

Its not Best Buy , its "the geek squad coverup" . Man U have to do something distasteful for me to write anything bad. Well this past Friday I called geek squad because my TVs Red light was flickering the power on and off. Since we have Smart Phones I decided to be smart and Google my issues and there it was a million videos on what might be the problem and also how to fix it. Who has time to do this, so I called geek squad. A older gentleman showed up Dec 4 around 12 very punctual. He told me what I already knew and charged me $100 to do it. Again I dont have time to repair it myself. Then he proceeds to tell me how much the part is and how I should have gotten coverage, which is true but hey we have geek squad to the rescue, right? Anyways the price of the part was $201.69. I said pretty steep but Ill do it. This is what gets me, when he shakes my hand confirming that he would be here Monday Dec 7th between 12pm-1pm to fix it. The guy doesnt show, my wife called and they said that the part should be here on Friday today Dec 11. And they have me down between 12pm-1pm. Guess what I call and ask about my appointment no one has a clue on what is suppose to be done to my television and to make matters worst they pushed my home visit to the 15th of Dec. they told me its based on availability! So you mean to tell me that theyre too busy going around billing these homevisit to check your TVs but not fix them. WOW is all I have to say. Now Im a small business owner and if I go around shaking peoples hands with empty promises I would be hung out to dry! So why is it fair for geek squad to do it???? If your kept count on how many week does out take for geek squad to fix my tv, it 3 weeks so far! Stay tuned....

I am an avid Best Buy customer but when I drove to the store in Florida City with a wad of cash and high hopes of finding the perfect flat screen TV my dreams were shattered. After trying to find someone to help (all of the salespeople were standing around in clusters laughing and talking to each other) We finally found a not very informed young man to assist with our quest. He was illiterate on a computer but took our money and assured our new TV would be delivered the following week. We went back to our happy home with dreams of watching this wonderful new set. WRONG. Delivery day came and went no TV. Calls were made. Promises were made. Nothing.We had to drive the 50 miles to talk to mgr. to get our money back and we were going on to bigger and brighter places to buy our dream TV. He begged us not to go and even lured us back in with the promise of a new Blu-Ray and told us our TV would be delivered on Monday. It is Monday 3 weeks later and guess what? NO TV!!!! Avoid this Best Buy and go ANYWHERE else. This has to be the Best Buy from HELL. A huge workforce and not ONE competent worker in the lot. I HATE you Best Buy! BRANDSMART USA has Amazing TVs and GREAT service!

THE WORST! I came here to get my sons computer repaired at geek squad and i also came to buy myself a Macbook Pro and i was prepared to spend $2500 or more.. no one was there to assist me at all... all the employees scattered around talking to each other not helping no one! I then had enough! i asked to speak to a manager i was told to wait.. so i waited there for about 10 minutes before i decided to just leave! a friend refereed me to this local repair business core computer solutions and i am so glad that i called them!!!! they fixed my sons laptop and got me a macbook pro for less then $1,000.. save youre self the headache dont go here..

Im giving this store a one star because of the online pickup. They just changed it so you have to go through the customer service area. So now its a much longer wait. Im not sure if they will keep it like this or if someone will attend the online pickup but when I went there I had to wait 25 minutes for all the people in the customer service line. Its mind blowing how stupid an idea this was. The manager who did this should be given the moron of the year award. Stupid!

I had a really bad experience with the store manager called Herber,, this guy thinks he owns the store ,not help at all ,wont give you no solutions for a return with Lost receipt I cant complain about the rest ,cool nice people from the security guy to anybody working on the floor ,they all nice , I dont know how a person like the manager Herber can manage such cool people Hope they replace him with a another manager who cares about their costumers

I have to say I experienced the best service I ever have at the Florida City Best Buy. The sales associate listened, and was interested in actually making sure he helped me select the product that would best suit my needs. He was knowledgeable of all products in his department, served respectfully and with a smile. I wish all Best Buy associates were a clone of this young man. KUDOS to Sean!
