Went to the Weston store in search of a new phone today and that was after visiting other stores where I walked away from disappointed. When I walked in the store I was greeted by the store manager and the employees on staff. David the store manager assisted me with what would be my new phone. Unlike the other stores I visited, David listened to what I wanted and was very patient by providing me with all the latest plans. David was well verse with all the data plans and pricing. I was even able to turn in my old phone that was credited to my new phone that I was completely stoked about. I was very please with the services that was provided to me by David. Hes staff was even very helpful by assisting me with the new features that were rolled out with the new iPhone 6 S. Ill definitely recommend this store to my friends and to anyone that is in search of a store with great service & staff near you.

WOW!!! Now thats what you call True Customer Service, want an amazing experience I had dealing with this team. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, you can sense the unification within the team players and that speaks volumes on the quality of the management. All my praises go to the Manager Mr. David Zeledon for leading such a great team. He was actually the one who assisted me and what a splendid man to deal with, well-informed, extremely patient, always kept a smile on his face even when I asked the same question for the third time, just impressive!!! Thank Youuu for showing what "True Customer Service" feels like. Lots of Blessings for This Awesome AT&T Team out in Weston!!!

Do NOT get at&t if you live in Weston. The signal in Weston is HORRIBLE! Dropped calls in your house is not a good thing. I told that to an AT&T rep and they admitted they have bad signal in Weston. An AT&T contractor told me it is because Weston does not allow them to build more towers. So you have no option but to choose another carrier or have dropped calls, bad Internet, etc. Also, AT&T locks the android phones you buy from them so you dont get updates and you cannot customize certain things like you could if you get the phone anywhere else. Since you pay full price for the phones from AT&T now anyway, you might as well buy one on Amazon.

Wow, out of all the AT&Ts Ive ever been to, this has been the best one yet. They treated me like family when I came in asking about my plan. Maria was the one who helped me, she helped me upgrade my phone and even saved me a couple dollars in the plan. She had a smile the whole transaction and amazing customer service. I met the manager of the location too, David Z was on top of everything when anyone around me had a problem. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family for a great experience with their phones.

You sell Apple Iphones you should at least be able to figure out or assist someone who comes in with a lifeless phone. The young lady did not even try to help. I was told I needed to go to an Apple store to diagnose the problem. I ended up taking it to an apple repair store and it turns out it only needed to be reset. They dont know how to do that? Seriously? That should have been the first thing you tired to do other than sending me away. Very bad customer service.

Professional, courteous, informative, patient, knowledgeable, and I could go on and on. I walked in not to make a significant purchase but simply to research the cost of a replacement phone without a contract. Juan C. was the sales associate and I could not have anticipated a better experience. If Juan is an example of where AT&T is going I see a future for them.

I was in this store two days ago and the young lady that assisted me had an attitude. She seemed to be bothered by me asking about different plans and prices. Bottom line is she had no people skills and has no business working in retail dealing with the public. Needless to say I respectfully walked out without a purchase.

It had been one of my best and amazing customer experience. The manager David was so patient and helpful with me. I am a complete novice with the mobile technology. He went with me step by step until I felt competent. Excellent customer service. I personally recommend this AT&T store. The best one.

This store was great! I was able to get my direct tv, and alarm system from Alina. She was very knowledgeable and the whole process was painless. I was in store for maybe 20 mins and left with everything. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for new services.

Gabriel was most helpful !.. Loved the help ... He fixed a year old problem that I was experiencing with my phone. We worked on getting my sons phone upgraded and all was perfect. Great service Gabriel. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the good service. !!!!

They told me that I was going to be charged $80 a month and my bill came on $115 , and my internet was supposed to be divided by 3 ( installation ) when I went to pay they charged me the entire price .... dont waste your time

I went in to see a phone and the owner or manager treated me with much disrespect. Told me to buy a phone "now" with me just seeing it for less than 30 seconds. Maybe was having a bad day. Other employees were nice.
