I called this company a week prior to moving in to my new home and spoke with Marlene Carrasquillo to book an activation appointment she told me I would get a military discount on the activation fee instead of 95 it would be 75. The day of the appointment nobody came I called and spoke with Marlene again who said someone called me and left a voicemail 2 days prior to cancel. I informed her that they obviously have a liar in their company because nobody called me. She informed me that the next appointment is two weeks away on the 15th I said that is unacceptable and spoke with the manager whose name is Raquel. She told me the same thing so I took the appointment. On the 15th of August the alarm tech came on time and was very pleasant, he told me there was a $100 activation fee which I didnt pay. I called the office when he left and spoke to Marlene who is the only one in the office, she actually had the nerve to curse at me and say "oh thats bullshit" when I said I didnt know about the activation fee. She reminded me of our conversation about the military rate and I said oh yea ok well Im not going to pay $100 because you told me $75 she had such a bad attitude with me that she said she thought it best that we not talk anymore and hung the phone up on me. When I called back she answered I asked if she works at the corporate office she said yes and if I would like her last name as well I accepted and she replied with "it doesnt matter Im the only one named Marlene anyway they know who youre talking about." I said Im surprised you still have a job she said yep I sure do and hung up the phone. With this kind of service Ill rather pay ADT $30 a month

It has been 2 Years since Spealized Home Electronics installed my home security and I have had nothing but a great sense of security knowing that when my Alarm is triggered off the response from the central station is super quick. I have had situations when I have forgotten to disengage my alarm and open my door and in less than a minute my phone is ringing. Andrew has been Johnny on the spot when I call him for just the most miner thing. I have had several Alarm Companies approach me with less monthly service but if aint broke dont fix it. Service has been great and very professional and super kind when calling them. If you Are looking for a great Alarm Company give S.H.E a try. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind and a sense of security.

Honest Truth
Honestly... Do not get this crap of service. Im stuck on a 36 month contract and im counting the days. They have by far the worst customer service, seriously they do. The other customers on here werent lying. Yes ive had the distinct pleasure of speaking to Marlene, who just plain ole sucks at speaking and customer service. Why work in customer service? Waiting on the day I can walk away and tell them to fudge themselves. Message to owner: You are lucky you have this company. How you select your employees is beyond my wildest imagination. Do a little more work before giving your answering team who speak directly to your customers a job. Protect your company, youll regret it sooner or later.

Before I moved in to my new home I was greeted by my home warranty guy and SHE expert Andrew. He said he would be there at closing to make sure we had security in place and he was. We have been secure with SHE since we moved in June. Every system has glitches and I was locked out of my own house for about 30 minutes on 2 occassions but when I spoke with Andrew he suggested a wifi extender since my wifi was on the other side of the house and the system works faster and better than ever. So I guess the glitch was my wifi not so much the system. Lol. I have and will continue to recommend SHE to my new neighbors and friends.

I have been with SHE since 2004 and have been very pleased with their service and alarm system. I have upgraded my alarm system and the extra features are great and give me even more peace of mind. The monitoring system is fast and friendly and has served me well over the years. Customer service is always prompt, courteous and responsive. I recommend SHE.

Every person Ive dealt with there has been more than accommodating and they do have first class service. I chose to work with them because they are a smaller company who bend over backwards to help every single one of their valued customers unlike the big alarm companies (ADT and co.).

They are complete theifs. They make you sign a contract and the renew it on there own. Service was terrible and very late responses when the alarm went off. Im sorry I did any business with this unprofessional company.

The app for your smart phone is a time saver, but we have had problems with the electronic lock installed on the front door. Besides the front door not always syncing with the panel the rest of the alarm works great.
