Weve purchased our 2012 Rouge from DARCARS Nissan in Rockville, MD and the sales experience was nice and we also purchased an additional maintenance package to cover lubrication, oil changes, and fluid top off as well as complimentary car washes. First, when we brought the car home, there was a dent in the driver side door, which they did promptly replace and included a loaner car. An inconvenience non-the-less, but Ill give them a pass for addressing the situation in a timely manner. Since then, we yet to have a maintenance service go smoothly. This last time (October 31, 2015), Ive just about had it. It was do for a simple oil change and "Deluxe Cleaning". We got the car home, noticed a slight gas/fuel smell but this was common in a lot of oil changes. Went out to dinner in the city and home--the smell was still there. It wasnt until I pulled into the garage that I noticed the entire front end of the car was billowing with smoke that we had to open the garage door to even breath. Smoke was coming out from under the hood, the headlights, the front-end grates. Slick fluids were sprayed onto the windshield and leaking out of the lights, front grill, under the hood. I looked underneath the car and noticed a pool of oil on the garage floor and the entire undercarriage was slick with oil. When I popped the hood, the entire engine was slick with oil and the oil cap was completely missing. The service center failed to replace the oil cap, so oil was spraying onto the underside of the hood, all over the engine, and leaking from every crevice including the under carriage. How hard is it to put the oil cap back on? Buy from here... Id say maybe, if you get a good deal. Servicing your car here, youll be much better off anywhere, and I mean anywhere else. Just awful. Given tomorrow is Sunday, Im interested in how they plan on fixing this. I cant drive the car because the oil level is low and I have no oil cap. Cant get to an auto parts store to purchase oil or replacement cap since, well, my car is essentially exploded with oil. At the very least, DARCARS Nissan should tow the car in for inspection, replace the oil cap, perform a thorough inspection to make sure no debris has managed its way in during this incident, refund on the oil change and at last a free one next time, steam clean the engine and undercarriage, a Deluxe cleaning to address all of the oil now all over the car, and a note on my service record in case theres ever an engine fire. It is terrible worst dealer ship I met. We were cheated by the agent at this dealer.We bought Nissan Rogue select 2014 at 6/23/2014.we were fresh man, that was our first time buy the new car.we are Chinese,and we dont know English well.when we met the only person knows Chinese,we were so happy. We like the Nissan Rogue select,and we asked the price was more than $23000.we didnt like the price, we requested 20000.he didnt allow.he said he asked manager many times,the manager didnt approve the price.then we intend to leave .when we went out of the door, one black guy called for us,told us they can give the price we requested.we thought Chinese agent had talk to him about what we want because I can see they were chatting with each other .then we came back ,so appreciate the price he gave me.then what we did was the contract we need signed I think.we sit all together,and he told us the total price is about 20900.we say we pay downpayment cash $5000.then he checked our credit record we need loan from bank. We went to another room, check which bank we can loan from, when he said the lowest interest rate was 4.2%, we were exciting,because we were no excellent credit.but he didnt tell us how much we loan from the bank, we always thought was about $15000.then my husband and my friend call the insurance company .when every step finished, we need signed the contract. He took a punch paper work told us we need sign. He didnt show us what was detail in the contract.we didnt see the contract,but we signed them. That was our fault.then everything done, he fold the paperwork into the letter,we left. We never open to see the paper works till the accident happened a year later. The accident happened,our car was taken by insurance company,he pay off my total balance loan about $15890.54 from Nissan finance.we asked Nissan finance refund the interest. Because we pay downpayment 5000, rest was about 15900 loan from bank,we already pay 18 month was about 6000 dollars,plus interest ,the balance about12000 dollars. So we thought the total balance 15890.54 was include 6year interest.so we asked refund.the bank agent we loan was about 20954 dollars,we was in shock. The dealer cheated to us. We open the contract ,service contract charge about 2900, maintenance contract $995 ,life insurance 895,and so on. They never told us those price.we asked total was20000, they never ask us and show us those price. They extra charge$5000 under we know nothing .we were so angry

The worst of the worst experience of any business in Maryland, DC, and Virginia! Please bear with me as I explain what happened at this dealership. My father took in his car in for service to try and identify an issue since there was something leaking under the car. We dropped the car off and later that day we got a call saying it was ready. We drove to pick up the car, paid for the service and as we walked over to it we noticed a huge scratch on the side of the car as well as a broken mirror. As any car owner, we were furious and walked in to find out what happened and surprisingly no one wanted to take blame for what happened. We spoke with Erica(the girl at front) and didnt seem to give any importance in our issue. We asked to spoke with the manager and after waiting and waiting for him to walk over to us, he would walk by and ignored us(after him knowing we needed to talk to him). We were running out of patience, so we decided to approach him directly at the office and talk to him. After numerous and numerous arguments they decided to take in the car for repair to fix the scratch and broken mirror. Lets forward 3 weeks later, and they finally have repaired the car. Yup, it only took 3sh weeks to complete the repair and lets say thats not the last of the headaches with this business. We dropped the car off and after picking it up we inspected everything to make sure there was no more damage and luckily everything looked normal up until my dad decided he need his Ray Ban sunglasses, which had gone missing out of the glove compartment. So lets just say, they are not only the worst dealership in the area but also have thieves working as technicians who check your car and steal what they can find! Please avoid this business at any cost and they are. Im writing this on behalf of my dad. Avoid them for your own sake.
