Pues yo tuve una muy mala experiencia con esta muebleria la cual me arrepiento haber pisado allí,ya k tienen un servicio muy malo,compre varios artículos y pagué para la instalación pues lo compre un miércoles me lo trageron jueves con piezas incompletas y un gabetero roto,pues volvieron al día siguiente y paso lo mismo nunk tenían las herramientas de armarme la cama hasta el sábado tuvieron viniendo unos empleados k el primer día hasta borrachos estaban,también me mandaron a casa un artículo del cual no hablamos en la tienda,son fraudulento de lo peor para mi y según la orquídea para recompensar los errores con 2 lámpara,me hicieron creer k eran gratis y me la facturaron y eso pork somos Dominicana me consideró ja ja y si no lo fuéramos,luego compare precios con otras muebleria y ahí fue k me di cuenta k me engañaron, para no cansarle el cuento al final de la venta Orquídea le tomó el teléfono a mi hijo para ella misma calificarse con un 5 estrellas,pues yo no me atrevo a darle un 0 mucha frecura de su parte pork las calificaciones las da el cliente,no usted señora empresaria,y recuerde que un cliente insatisfecho se engaña una sola vez,así no es k se trabaja en el mundo de los negocios,AL DUEÑO DE ESTA TIENDA " OJOS " con esos empleados para que no lo vallan a soprender,pork le exorto que no son verdaderas esas calificaciones de 5 estrellas pork tuve esa experiencia de k ella uso el teléfono de mi hijo para ponerle 5 estrella,OK

Stay away! This is a furniture store which will nickel and dime you for very low quality furniture I visited the store on May 18, 2016 to purchase furniture for my new place. I bought a sectional sofa, bed frame and a mattress totaling just over $2000. When the sales rep handed me the invoice she had overcharged me by $100. I corrected her and she unapologetically generated a second invoice, which also overcharged me. I again had her correct it and again she generated a third invoice unapologetically. When the furniture arrived the delivery folks were completely unprofessional, they put scratches on my newly painted walls and when I asked them to be more careful it was with an unapologetic "were doing the best we can sir". My wife and I had to get the sofa through the front door because they were so untrained. Once we started using the furniture we quickly realized the quality of it was extremely poor, the bed frame and mattress creaked on every moment and the sofa started to cave in within a couple of weeks. Based on my poor purchase experience I realized they would not be willing to refund the entire purchase so I called them to see if they would take back the sofa, they refused by simply telling me I did not opt for the warranty so I they wouldnt take it back. I was never offered one plus any furniture store has some short-term return policy regardless of purchased warranties. Stay away from these guys, dont be fooled by the positive reviews like I was

I WENT THERE TO BUY MY LIVING ROOM SET AND MY KIDS BED AND MY BED THERE DONT GET ME WRONG THE PRICES ARE GREAT I HAD A GIRL BY THE NAME ANALI HELP ME AND SHE DID GREAT @ THE BEGINNING BUT @ THE END WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY RECEIPT SHE DIDNT EXPLAIN THE WHOLE THING ON THE RECEIPT AND THEY GOT THE NERVES TO CHARGE ME $148 FOR 10 YEARS WARRANTY ON MY LEATHER SOFAS WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WANT THE WARRANTY I WAS SO MAD BECAUSE THEY SUPPOSE TO ASK BUT JUST BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE AND THEY PROMISE ME TO HAVE MY DELIVERY DONE ON SUNDAY WOULD YOU BELIEVE THE DELIVERY GUY GOT THE NERVES TO CALL ME @ 10PM TO TELL ME THEY WONT BE ABLE TO DELIVER UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THANKS GOD I HAD AIR MATTRESS FOR ME N MY BOYS BECAUSE I GOT RID OF EVERYTHING THAT SUNDAY NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THERE NOW MY FURNITURE IS FALLING APART THEY SO CALL SAY THEY PUT IT TOGETHER SINCE MY SOFA DIDNT FIT THREW MY DOOR I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE IT BROKEN DOWN N THEN THEY CAME AND PUT IT TOGETHER INSIDE MY PLACE MIND U THEY DIDNT DO A GREAT JOB @ ALL BECAUSE ALL THE WOOD IS COMING APART THAT PLACE REALLY SUCKS THEY JUST ROBBED PEOPLE FOR THEY CHEAP FURNITURE

Things started out good, and went downhill from there. I presented the salesman with a coupon that I received and intended to use. He completed my order without the coupon, and once I was home and recognized the error, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it, unless I made another purchase. I bought a bed with frame, and three days after delivery (which cost an additional $88) the frame bent and broke! I returned to the store on my own dollar, to get a replacement frame, and was told that they still could not honor the coupon, even under these circumstances. After a few months, the frame eventually broke AGAIN, to which I was told that they could not replace the frame again. I was told that I would have to pay for another frame. I reached out to management via email, with pictures, and got no response. Very bad business! So, I decided to buy an entire bedroom set... From Raymour and Flanigan, where my hard earned money is respected and appreciated.

My experience with this store was the worse. I would not recommend anyone buy from here. The blonde female staff member was very nasty and didnt want to accommodate me with the order that they messed up. Most of the things that I paid for were all wrong. The delivery person that came to my house rushed everything and walked out with $110 dollars for nothing. I am so pissed. He didnt try to get my sofa on the elevator. I had a sofa in my house from Harlem furniture that was bigger than what I purchased from this disgusting store and it fit and was moved into my apt. Now they want me to pay a fee to have the couch I purchased broken down to get in my apt. I will never go in that store again. They have staff that is not properly trained what to tell their customers about labor and delivery. All they want is your money and to make a sale. I should have went to Harlem furniture. I dont give them no rating because they are the worse!!!!

the worse furniture store so far this is why the smell when you walking in is horrendous theres a vivero next to this establishment the floor is on bad shape if you step the wrong way you can fall i ask for estimated then i told the lady if can come back an other day she say i already put in the computer (she make feel like once IN you have to place the order) i end up placing the order less then 24 i changed my mind when i call back she told i could it cancel my order when i went to cancel the order the gentlemen who was there to help he say you cant cancel the order ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL !!!!! so i end up with this furniture the moral of the story dont buy here neither where theres vivero next to it good luck
