My husband and I visited the above Store today, with the intent to take a look at the Bedroom sets to see if there was anything we liked. Well, we were greeted by a very nice young man, who said his name is Daniel, when I told him what we were looking for, he showed us into the section, described each piece, asking about our taste, and answering my questions, he also let us know, if we didnt find anything there, we could go on line, which he did, again describing each piece, even some that Id seen before. Eventually we went back into the showroom, to examine a set we saw on line. He helped us put together a beautiful set. Daniel was courteous, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I dare say very effective. He made a sale. Thank you Daniel for being so nice to us, and helping us, add to our memories. PS. I am not new to the store, 33 years ago, I bought my first bedroom set, from Fulton Outfitters at that same location. (I still have it,) This is our 2nd. Thanks again

I came to fulton store last week saturday to purchase a dining set and met Mr Livingston at the time, he helped me search around for the dining set I wanted. Eventually at the time i didnt purchase the dining set.On 8/20/2016 I came in and purchased the dining set i saw from the following week,and Livingston was just the most helpful and gave me wonderful customer service...he remembered me as soon as i entered the door,and knew i came back for my dining set..we need more people like Livingston..great customer service,and very very well respectful and understanding. Livingston thank you very much. you deserve 10 stars.********** i just gave you the 10 stars. thank you again.

From our first visit, Mr. Keith Livingston was very helpful, courteous and knowledgable about the products carried at their Brooklyn location. We spent over an hour trying to decide on the perfect pieces, but he did not pressure us at all. Their delivery personnel took their time setting up the furniture and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it to be placed. Mr. Livingston also called after the delivery to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. I would highly recommend purchasing furniture from The Fulton Stores and will definitely use them in the future.

I have been shopping at Fulton Furniture Store on Fulton Street for the past 5 years. My Salesman Daniel LAmour has been a excellent salesman in helping get me choose my furniture and for working with me to set up a payment plan that worked for me. I brought there rooms of furniture from this store and have recommended my friends and co-workers to them and they are very satisfied with the stores service and more impressed with the delivery and aaaembly crew. I had a great experience with the service I received at Fulton Furnitures Brooklyn location. Livingston was a pleasure to work with he was knowledgeable about the products I chose to furnish my home and made sure that whatever questions I had was answered promptly. I would be back to purchase more items in the near future at this location. I took one star off because the delivery guys didnt discard of the boxes properly. and my landlord wasnt to please I will be more mindful next time.

I had a positive experience while working Ralston at Fulton Furniture! I initial called to get some assistance with determining whether the furniture I wanted would fit into my home. After coming to the store he further he assisted in selecting not only my furniture but also a complementary table set. He was extremely patient and helpful especially considering how picky I can be. I came to Fulton Stores on short notice for a futon frame. I spoke to Daniel who was exceptional at finding what I needed as far as my price range. He made a world of a difference with working in my price ranges. He is very professional and know;s a lot about the quality of the merchandise. I highly recommend this store . When I went to the other stores to shop for couch I felt like I was pressured to buy something I didnt want and I felt like I was over charged with the prices they gave me. I highly recommend Daniel .When I went to a store I felt very comfortable with him he wasnt pressuring to sell he was caring what I wanted and thats a great salesperson. Mr Daniel was very helpful, he stayed with me for two hours straight while I decided on what furniture I wanted and didnt complain once. Once I finally figured out what I wanted there was a minor delay but Mr Daniel spoke with his boss and made sure he gave me the lowest price possible. My furniture is beautiful by the way, they definitely got theirselfs a keeper. Wont be going anywhere else! Thank you!

I went in looking for a new sofa set and got exactly what I was looking for. Daniel was awesome he took his time wasnt pushy and helped me find exactly what I wanted as well as the exact layout i desired. He was attentive and gave me the attention I was looking for. My sofas are the most comfortable set Ive gotten to date. I will definitely be going back to see Daniel for my next piece of furniture!

I highly recommend this location with store manager Daniel Lamour. He addressed a concern for an appropriate bedroom set for my senior mom. The concern is the heights of the bedroom sets being made but with his expertise and willingness to satisfy the customer a purchase was made that everyone was pleased with. The picture online do not match what is actually being sold and customer service is not available on the weekend. Also, the phone number on the website is no help and when I asked to speak to a manager they hanged up. I had shopped at fulton store before and had a good experience however after this experience I can not recommended them.

Great location! Worked today with Manager Rolston Keene on a wardrobe I saw fit for my new apartment. Rolston was extremely helpful and really genuine, also helped me apply for a 90 day program, where I could make payments toward my furniture. WHEN I CAME TO THE STORE I WAS CONFUSED AND UNSURE WHAT I WANTED TO BUY. WHEN I MEET DANIEL HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN I WAS AT THE STORE.
