This place doesnt even deserve one star. Ive experienced the WORST service ever. I order a bed there on Monday March 14th and it was supposed to come on Friday. It didnt come. Then on the following Monday my bed finally comes at 8:45 at night. As the people were assembling the bed, there was said to be a missing piece so they leave everything as it is and said they would come with the piece the next day. Of course they didnt come the next day, in fact its now been 2 weeks and they still havent brought the piece yet! Weve been calling the store everyday since we have bought the bed and all they would say is "dont worry tomorrow we will bring in the piece." Im currently still waiting for the piece after two weeks of purchasing the bed and I will never buy anything else from here again. I advise that you dont buy anything from here either because the service is terrible.

Ive previously order from the furniture store about three years ago, so it was a no brainer to come back and order my daughters bedroom headboard and dresser and the service I received was top notch. Customer service was amazing and they worked with me on the timeline for delivery. I placed the order and got it with that same week. The guys came and assembled everything in a rapidly way, they made sure everything was up to my critical standard and took the garbage with them so I wouldnt have to worry at it. I plan to continue shopping at this located for years to come. THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I will never deal with these second hand furniture stores again. Order a couch they kept giving me the run around for 2 days ended up cancelling my order. They just order the furniture from suppliers such as Ashely furniture and charge higher prices for profit. You can go straight to Ashely yourself and get your furniture guarenteed. Worst shopping experience ever.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF do not shop here they get everything from acme or ashley furniture and other suppliers go to the sellers directly not here they jack prices and they give you the run around HORRIBLE SERVICE had to come back over 4 times and they still gave us the wrong color and now no one is returning our calls SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP ELSE WHERE !
