My initial experience with Corner Furniture was a good one. The salesperson Andres was very helpful and I picked out a sofa to my liking. However delivery was terrible. I would not order from them again! I was told my items should arrive days before they actually did. When I finally set up delivery I informed the worker that I would not be able to be home for a late delivery. She ensured a delivery before 2 pm. I called the morning the delivery was supposed to be made and spoke with a woman who was very disregarding and rude. She did not listen to my concerns when I expressed I needed the delivery before 2 pm. After going back and forth all day it was 4 pm and my furniture still had not been delivered and I had to leave. She then informed me that I would have to pay a re-delivery fee if I needed to reschedule. That was waved after I made a big deal about the time frames that were not met. I set up re-delivery for the following business day was told delivery would take place between 10 and 5. When I ordered I was told that I could have an evening delivery which was not the case. I had to pay someone to sit in my house because I could not take the day off of work. I was told that I should receive the merchandise btw 1-5 at 5 I was told that the driver still had 2 deliveries remaining and needed to return to the store to get my sofa. I was livid I wasted my money and time having someone sit in my home all day. I was told that the delay was due to traffic but was never informed throughout the day when I called that any delay would take place. Point to this extremely long winded review is that I would not recommend ordering from Corner Furniture. I understand deliveries take time but my time was wasted twice and one of the workers (not sure her name) was very disregarding and rude each time I spoke with her. My money was also wasted having someone sit in my house for nothing. They did not arrive until 7:30 pm with my sofa.

Donot waste your money!!!! My experience with coner furniture started well I thought I got a good price on my king size 5 piece bedroom set.a little over $3000.when it was delivered to me the heads bord and knots on drawers where defective and broken I called the store several times before they finally two weeks later send some one to drop off knobs so I can fix my self and replace headboard.i should have known then buying my bedroom set from there was a mistake. Know not even a year 10 months to be exact the black paint on all five pieces is wearing off and the wood is exposed. I call to see if it can be fixed or replaced whoever theres only a one person department that can assist you. for over two weeks all I got was an answering mechine to leave a voicemail never getting a return call. finally I get to speak to someone who informs me that because the pieces are not broken they cannot fix it under the warranty, but I can pay them to come out and fix it! I say well what about my 5 year warranty plan that will surely cover it I mean after all Ive just purchased this bedroom room set less than a year ago and it looks like Ive had for at least 10 years the paint is coming off not only the burue but all five pieces oviously theres some wrong here. She tells me again they can someone repair for a price. Im so devastated that Ive waisted over $3000 dollars on a bedroom set I will soon have to get rid off I feel like Ive been ripped off I could see this happening from a little corner furniture in third Ave hunts point even no disrespect. But this business has been arround for years they have commercial and everything!! I really did not expect this poor quality bedroom set and horrible customer service. Im just happy I did not purchase my living room set or dinning set there I could have been worse. To everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!!!

On Friday 22nd I rated Corner furniture giving them a one star, because I felt disrespected and believed I was not treated as a valued customer. However, I am happy to report that the issue has been resolved. I received a call from FRANK, the District manager, who apologized profusely for his employee offensive attitude. He not only apologized but refunded the extra $40 I paid the delivery guys (even thou it was never about the money but the disrespect I felt). The district manager dissatisfaction with the employee was clearly audible. I accepted the apology because I felt it was genuine. I know he realize the value of customers. (Customers keep businesses going – without customers there is no business). Everyone deserves a second chance. Therefore, I am in the market shopping for a TV entertainment center and I am going back to CORNER FURNITURE. Truth be told they have a wide selection of items at reasonable prices, and they have some good employees. (You will always find a bad apple among the whole bunch). NB: OUR ALTITUDE DEPENDS ON OUR ATTITUDE. Whatever you do, strive to be the best at it. If you are a janitor be the darn best janitor that will ever pass through your firm/establishment that when you leave, your imprints will remain.

I must admit that I never take time to post a review; however, after my experience with Corner Furniture I had to share it with everyone. I have never experienced such great, professional, courteous and honest service as I did. Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, especially Ray Trujillo! Hes the best at what he does! He was so patient, understanding and helpful. Always making sure to help me find the best quality and exactly what I was looking for. Mind you, Im not the easiest person to deal with, but he didnt stop looking and showing me different varieties of beautiful items (which they have so many of) and ensuring that I buy and receive the best quality, price and service. My experience was without a doubt a pleasure from the moment I walked into the store, upto when I received my furniture. Which was delivered, set up and installed as I was told it would be. I will definitely be returning for any and all further furniture items I need, and definitely recommend Corner Furniture to anyone who is looking for the best in every sense of the word. Smiley Will, Furniture Serviceman & Salesman Extraordinaire There are three words I have to express Smiley Wills professionalism: homework, follow-up and service. Although, my recent purchase was small, where Will excels is with the total home redecoration - bedroom, living room and of course, dining room sets. A few years back, I had the pleasure of working with Smiley Will at another furniture store. What surprised me then was the way Will services his clients. I found out through looking over his shoulder that Will has an extensive network of furniture manufacturing professionals all over the country, and who knows, probably all over the world too. Through this network which Will has developed over the years of hard work & dedication to his industry, Will does his homework to get the best quality, price and financing. Then Will follows-up to make sure the order arrives in a timely fashion, and then calls to make sure his customers are happy with their new home furnishings. A few weeks after my purchase, I get a Thank You Card in the mail with a $$$ Discount Card for my next purchase & I start thinking — bedroom set. Shopping around for home furnishings?
