I love this store - granted Ive only made a purchase once from them back in November. Anita was great to talk with, she gave good advice and listened to my concerns such as how much space I have at home and my budget. On top of that, its great that its a local store and that they can deliver my couch and build it for me. That being said, I do have a current issue that is still not resolved. We didnt notice a damage underneath the couch until we started using it as a sleeper a month after our purchase. We have reached multiple times, and initially, there was a confusion about having the whole couch replaced. We didnt really need the whole couch replaced, just the compartment underneath where there is a crack. Well continue reaching out and see if this gets resolved soon.

1 moth ago i bought the mattress that did change my life.the guy peter was very helpful by explain to me WHAT KIND and what fits my life and my budget.he also was on time when he promise me that he will deliver it same day…..i was also amazed bcd was a snowing day and he kept his word. im so happy with the mattress i bought……great quality my back feels like 20 year old again……and i find a trustful legit business that knows what they do.

Astoria NY furniture is a great store the guy that works there Peter and Anita that work there are great they are very knowledgeable about furniture and the quality is great for the price you pay.They do free delivery and set up the furniture and are very clean. I furnished my whole apartment with furniture from there store and plan on using them again and again. Absolutely the best furniture store ever

The best furniture store in the NY metro area!!! Anita , the saleswoman at the store was very helpful with everything I was looking for!!!!! Her suggestions where excellent and the pieces that I bought where amazing!!!!! The delivery was on time, with the delivery staff very carefull and clean on their work!!! This is hands down one of my best experiences while shopping here. Ive bought all my furniture when moving here and Ive gotta say, everything was in tact and delivered fast. Anita and Peter were so nice during this whole process and was really helpful. Prices are very reasonable; I couldnt find a better price no where else. Because of the problem i have with my back i couldnt find the right mattress trying many of them from different mattress stores till i found Astoria NY Furniture and from their experience they recommend me the Tranquility Mattress. Finally i can wake up in the morning without pain for the last 8 months. Thank You guys you are the best.

Very positive experience with Peter and Anita. A much more personal experience than with Macys or Sleepys (and better prices too!) and they are both very responsive when it comes to providing customer service. Would definitely visit them again for any furniture need.
