HUGE mistake buying from Jennifer Convertibles. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I had no problem with my salesperson, but it went down hill from there. The delivery people were a nightmare, the Customer Care Department are the worst I have ever come across. They are rude and incompetent. I have had the service department come out several times and the problem is still not fixed. The quality of the couch is horrible. It sags, the cushion covers are too big for the cushions making it very ill fitting. Threads everywhere. This was not cheap $$$$ either. VERY UNSATISFIED with my whole experience. I agree with Lisa, I should of gone to Bobs up the street.

I want to get to the point. This store and the employees are extremely rude they lied to me just to make a sale. I was told they have delivery time slots that was a complete lie. They delivered my furniture when they wasn't suppose to and tried to charge me a redelivery fee of $200.00. The manager would not help me I reported this to the better business bureau they refuse to respond to them this went on for 2.5 months with my money in limbo. I told my credit card company Chase and they found out it was fraudulent activity going on and I got my $750.00 back. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM OR BE EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DID I SAY EXTREMELY CAREFUL.

Stay away from Jennifer Convertible or Jennifer Leather stores...their quality of furniture is horrible!!!..I bought a sofa from them about 3 years ago..within 3 years the sofa started to peel..I payed for the guardsmen warranty..and Jennifer Convertible doesnt want to help me and neither does guardsmen warranty...pass this store up or ull eat $800 for a sofa like I did...I hope this company goes into bankruptcy....

..went this passed Sunday, the sales staff which consisted of one person was nasty and obnoxious. I left and went to Bobs Discount down the street. The staff was courteous and polite. I found what I wanted 200 dollars cheaper. My advice is go to Bobs, dont waste your time and money with this establishment .

Gill was wonderful during our shopping experience. He was honest with us about our options. We opted for buying a piece that was made in the USA. Of course the sofas that are $300 are going to fall apart after 6 months. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more and the quality will show.

They force you to buy more expensive furniture. They try to discourage you from the least expensive ones. And it took me almost a month the receive my furniture. As a matter fact am still waiting for it after three weeks of purchase. The sales person are nice though!!

This is the worst company to deal with. DONT DO IT!! My furniture broke and after 6 weeks is still sitting in my sitting room! Then my son cut his hand from the furniture. And no one wants to talk to me! DONT DO IT STAY AWAY...... This company makes me sick!!

Very nice furniture (THIS IS NOT A BED STORE) and very nice customer service. The area is clean and well kept, and the couches and chairs are on display and organized.
