Wish I could give this place no stars. Horrible horrible experience. We walked in on a Wednesday stating we needed a bed by that Friday. They promised we would have it delivered by that day. We made the mistake of making the payment. That Friday, we called them several times and they assured us they would still come by for delivery. We mustve called them until about 8 or 9 in the evening, when they would send us straight to voicemail and we finally gave up. The next day we called them and asked for our money back, after our guests had to sleep on the floor. They told us we would get our money back but we didnt believe them and fought it with our credit card company, which issued a temporary credit adjustment to our account while they investigated. The people at Elite Furniture chose to blatantly LIE to the credit card company and say that they attempted delivery TWICE but we "refused it." Because they resubmitted the charge along with "supporting documentation," which essentially was just our signed credit card receipt on the day of purchase purchase and it supposedly indicated "no refunds." We are completely appalled by this. This is a horrible business. Stay away. Seriously. Stay away. Now were out $550 AND no bed. Disgusting way to do business.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever received.!!!! PLEASE DONT MAKE ANY PURCHASE HERE!!!!!!!! The prices arent worth the aggravation me and my husband have been through. We went into this place in hope to find our perfect sectional. We found a good one and was told we were going to get a call from the warehouse delivery person in 7-10 days. By the second week.. I called to see what was up and the owner said he was gonna call me back. He never called me back! THEN I called back and he tells me that they will be delivered that same day, without a fair warning. Luckly some one was home ! When the furniture got yo my house, there was a missing piece ! They said they will deliver it the next day. The next day comes and they keep giving us the run around and say they will be here from 7-9. Its 9:15 and the delivery warehouse is closed and asked me to leave a message. Please take your money else where. Just because it on central ave doesnt mean they provide good customer service. This place is horrific.

We were looking for a couch and looked in most stores on Central Ave including Bobs, Ashley, and Raymour& Flanagans...almost gave up and went in on a whim. Manager was polite, but did not follow me around like in the other stores which I LOVED. I found 3 couches to choose between!! The items were less expensive and of a higher quality than in the other stores. Because we are local we also received free delivery. be Iee a lot of negative reviews regarding delivery. Elite does not deliver. They place an order to the manufacturer ot a warehouse who takes over from there. It is true, they are not the most communicable, but they are helpful and what they so they do. Our couch was too large to fit through door. The drivers took it back and came back the next day with a specialist who took it apart outside and put it back together in my living room. I had a good experience and would recommend to a friend and repeat shop there.

Like everyone else said **STAY AWAY** I Bought furniture there 3 weeks ago and when the delivery team came they did not bring the dresser with the mirror so I had to wait 3 more weeks for the other piece which made no sense...I called them almost every day asking for the missing furniture..they either didnt answer, told me to call the ware house or say "its coming next week"... It was always a back and forth thing..I asked for a refund back numerous times and they said they cant do that because we signed..well long story short this place deserve 0 star rating they are a terrible furniture store..they need to get shut down ASAP..they just want to take your money and mess with your furniture. GO SHOP AT ASHLEYS FURNITURE OR RAYMOND FLEMINGTON.. Dont waste your time here!

i been to elite elite furniture after there new management, i recommend anyone to shop there, they really worked on there customer service, pricing and communication. they will match or beat any price, i saw something at ashley furniture they asked to get them a prof of the price and they gave me 10% discount, and free delivery. which totaled of 438 cheaper than ashley furniture.

Like other reviews have said avoid this business. I stopped in and was pushed the entire time to buy something. I know that is what salesman do but when I say Im just browsing give me some space. Its like going to a sleazy used car lot.
