I can see why this place has a low rating! If I could rate no stars, Id rate no stars!!! The old lady working in the back was very rude and it was barely even noon. If I hadnt been in a pinch I would have went elsewhere for the boutonniere I ordered! I will never come here again and recommend that if you need flowers to go somewhere else! However, the very young lady that was working the cash register was as sweet as peach, I think she was trying to make up for the old bird. They probably should teach her to run the place she definitely has people skills. I mean typically ppl come here for special events that are happening in their lives whether its happy or sad, why should we have to deal with a big ol grump!

The funeral arrangement I ordered was awful. I specifically asked "what if the Lilys arent bloomed?" And was told they would be. They werent even close and it made the arrangement look like crap. I also asked about the roses and carnations around them that looked to be about 50/50 mix but when it arrived there was barely a rose in it. Not to mention it was about half the size that the picture in the catalog made it look. I will never order anything from there again.

Called looking for a simple bouquet, nothing particular, nothing spectacular, ust something nice, to cheer an old friend going through chemo. She left me on hold to "see what she could find for me," and never came back, so I just hung up. Felt like since I wasnt spending a ton, I wasnt important enough to provide descent customer service.

Go to some other location. Getting into the parking lot may destroy your car, The prices may not leave you room to repair your car. The staff is considerate when they think you are a definite buyer.

Not the best selection. Need more helpers at the cash register for those on the go. I saw one man leave for the long wait and I was glad because it made my wait shorter but it was still super slow.

Delivery drivers are rude and lazy. Store and corprate dont care if your flowers are not delivered as promised. Their answer is ohhh well nothing we can do, we are busy.

Staff was friendly, made good recommendations, very fair price. Oy reason I dont give 5 is the flowers were slightly wilted and I didnt notice until I was home.
