After filing out a request online, I received a call from Fil Araujo within 24 hours, and we scheduled an appointment to go over my options. Fil was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process, and I already had a few cars in mind, and Fil was patient enough to let me test drive and explore 4 cars I had in mind until I made a final selection. Kyle Alexander then stepped in to assist me with the financial options available, and I was impressed with his skill level that I told him he should go work for a bigger company, but he politely declined and said he was very happy at Avon Auto Brokers. I was very happy with everything he did and all was moving fast. There was a small delay because the Manager had a baby and couldnt finalize the paperwork, but Fil and Kyle made sure to get everything done by the scheduled date. I am sitting in their office now about to ride off in my new Cadillac.

My experience at Avon Auto Brokers was one that I will never forget I have to say for Kyle and Phil they were the best people that I have ever dealt with when no one else would give me a chance to try to even help me get a car or try to rebuild my credit once I got with them I saw that they had a passion to help people and they didnt turn anyone away if they could help you they went out their way to do it so I just want to say if youre in need of a car and you need help why dont you just go right on down to Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton and ask for either Kyle or Phil and they will be more than happy to help you

Isaiah forbes tell you straight what is happening and what it does. I did not buy my car from there not because of Isaiah but because finance guy definetly screwed me and didnt do his part of the job. If i was just reviewing sales, it would of been a 5, they need a better finance person at least once who communicates and gets right to the point.

Highly recommend Avon Auto 2-- Love my 2007 Saab Convertible 6 speed! Louis and Kyle are stars! They stayed late to meet with me b/c I drove 4 hours from NY. I dont think Ive ever seen a crew bust their ass as much as these guys do to help people get the best deals they can. They are very patient, explain everything in as much detail as they can, and are even willing to give their clients rides home if needed. I was extremely impressed. Fil and Kyle were fantastic
