As a regular customer I think here is a better place to write a review. Most of the time I go to this dealer its either the rep is trying to over sale services to me or charge me for services thats not needed. The dealer upper management will not read nor do a follow up with complaints (survey). Just now I went to do a oil change on my 2014 Suburban the same service I did at 67000 mile Christ asked me to do it again. I had to remind Christopher that I did that already. What a failure of a system? the computer system does not have nor keep records....smh. bought a new car 2015 Chevy Trax from there, got a flat tire four months later I was charge to remove a nail from the tire when else where would be free. I dont like the experience at all but I leave in Brockton I need a good dealership to go to. After oil change service Technician will return my vehicles un-reset most of the times. This is not fair to me at all and I need it to be fix so I can feel comfortable going to this dealership. Let see what happen from there. Your service style is very low and not clear to me as of right now. I hope that has nothing to do with the City you located in. 8/5/2016 Because my experience was and is bad at this dealer I cannot remove nor change my rating. I am just hopping to have a place to compare my services to in the Brockton area. I need to be able to trust everything any one tells me in this dealer where I bought and service my vehicles. I was offered $100 credit not for my bad experience in the past but to remove and re-rate....SMDH. NO Thank you I can pay for my service. Its not about money, Its about honesty and good service.

I own a moving company and I was in need of a used box truck with a certain year and model. There were only 3 of them in the entire northeast. Originally I was working with a dealer in PA and even though they knew I was driving 4+ hours to get there, they still sold the truck out from under me on the same day. It was the rudest most unprofessional experience I ever had. Then I called Copeland and they should have been the first people I called. They offered a very competitive price, but more importantly they maintained the highest level of integrity all the way through a very long process. They also delivered on every single promise they made. The process was long because I was sick, then on family vacation, then a snow storm. despite all of my conflicts the dealer stuck with me and did not sell the truck to someone else even though they received other offers. I am truly thankful I found this dealer. Steve and Ivan were my two main points of contact. They stuck to their word which most dealerships wouldnt have and they remained patient until the deal closed. This was the best experience I ever had buying a truck, and I lve been buying trucks at least once a year for the last 10 years.

I wasnt going to post about my experience but I think all potential customers should be warned before dealing with their joke of a service department. I go in for a standard oil change last Wednesday and under the advice of "Doug" I was told to rotate my tires. They proceed to take the cap of my rims which exposes the lugs and nuts. Come to find out I didnt have the tool to remove the tire so I said forget it. Oil changed, two days later I come to find out they never put back on the cap for my rims. I go back to the dealership immediately after realizing and they had the demeanor that they wouldnt forget to do such and such a thing and that I was wrong. Their "technician" swore he put it back on. No you didnt. How negligent and stupid. When one brings their car in to be worked on they expect it back in the same exact way. Now I have to go out of my way to order a new cap or will have to buy an entire new rim. And all Chevy can say is a free oil change? Yea right. If you cant do something as simple as putting a rim cap back on what makes me trust this company to ever touch my car again? I will gladly take my business to McLaughlin Chevrolet over in Whitman.

Salesman was very good, knew his stuff about the truck. Everyone was good, easy experience buying a truck. The reason they only get 1 star, is because when i got home my daughters car seat wouldnt fit in the back seat. I called and I had hoped they were more than just a dealership and more of a family understanding dealership that they could do something for me. Same vehicle but the full size doors, yes i know it would cost more, but not another $5000 down amd the first months payment. Thats ok because the truck is for the house in a year or so ill buy another vehicle for the family. I know where i wont be going. Ill be going to another chevy dealership. Love the truck, just the back is to small. Crickets........ Seriously?

I got my first car a little over a month there. The experience was great! The guys there are awesome ! They first try to help you figure out what you need/want, what your needs are and they pull every string they can to help you get the one you want. Ive always read on the internet that getting a car from the dealer is a pain, that they do this, try to add that, to shoot the price up, and that the process is long and tedious. Not at Copeland Chevrolet ! Everything is streamlined, they make you feel comfortable and only give you advices but not force anything upon you. Really! Absolutely great service! PS: Kenny was awesome! You guys should ask for him!

Servicing could be better if service manager can be on top of things, computer system needs upgrades, I sometimes think I should be watching services being done to my vehicle and thats not a good feeling when feeling that way. Two hours for oil change on a early morning a first customer. My services and requests should to be recorded, kept and accurate. A service person should understand difference between high mileage drivers and regular driving. Knowing the vehicle you are servicing. I dont like being the one rating low but their survey system doe not work properly or no real human reads it. Hopefully I can find a better service place soon. Be real.

Bought a Silverado 1500 from Andrew McCormick. Great salesman never pressured me at all through the sale. I told him up front I wasnt going to buy that day but he still stayed and was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. His only concern was that I was getting the truck I wanted and that I was completely happy. After the sale he followed up to make I was satisfied with the truck and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Andrew and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. From Andrew to the finance team top notch front to back.
