I literally never write reviews but, I had to share this experience.. So I spent my whole day off at this dealership and the first thing I said to myself that morning is that Im going home with a new car today... I didnt need to be persuaded or coerced I literally already talked myself into buying a new car, but unfortunately, I walked away empty handed .. First of all, I had a screen shot of a quote that I got online from this jeep dealership and brought it in. The first thing I said was that I wanted to make sure this quote I got online from them was accurate..The girl that was working with me said everything checked out and had me send the screenshot to her, so I went for a test drive and loved the car!! Like I said, I told myself I was getting this car. When we got back she had me waiting there for about 30- 45 minutes without telling me what was going on and came back and said I had to fill out a form for a credit score history report and I was told it was a SOFT credit credit check and I asked her to make sure multiple times before i filled out the form. She specifically told me that a hard credit check wouldnt occur until I applied for the loan for the car and this form was for a soft credit check only!!!.. (which was a complete lie!!!!) AND THEN, after spending almost 2 hours there the sales manager comes over and said there was a mistake that the website messed up and combine promotion (which apparently cant happen??) SO instead of the quote I was given (that I was told at the beginning of the day was accurate) they told me it would be $200 more a month than initially promised!!!... I was devastated and angry, because I thought I was getting the car I walked in there for.. To top it all off the next morning I got an alert that my credit score had changed because they did run a HARD credit check like they promised they couldnt because I did not buy a car that day!!! I called the girl I was working with and asked her why and how that happened.. she was quick to tell me that I was wrong, that she would call me back after she "spoke with her manager" they NEVER called me back and NEVER replied to my voice mails. I was going to go back there for a used jeep but, I will honestly never go back again after she blatantly ignored my calls and voice mails to see what happened. I would have been happy with a response like "Im so sorry I was wrong about your credit check" and I wouldnt be writing this review right now and Id probably going back there for a car but, I have never had an experience like this that has gone so terribly wrong.. and then to be lied to AND ignored really got my blood boiling... enough to waste my time writing this review. The only good thing they could have done there was offer me a decent price for my trade in... My personal experience there could be one of few but it could be the beginning of one of many...

We were looking to purchase a new car and one we were interested in came up at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. We spoke to them (Ali Lewis) on the phone then went to see the vehicle on the Friday evening before Presidents Day. We came to a deal with a sales person (Jennifer Tracey), signed a contract, gave a down payment and were told to come pick the vehicle up on the following Tuesday at 11am as the financial department would be closed until then. Monday evening at 7:45 PM i receive a call from the sales person we were dealing (Jennifer Tracey) with telling us that the car had been hit on their lot by a snow plow (it had not snowed in over 10 days) and was damaged and that they would not know more until it went to the body shop the following day. I told them Id like to speak to a manager about it as I wasnt going to pay full price on a vehicle which had been hit. A manager called me me back in 15 minutes and told me he was sorry but the car had been hit by another car and was totaled. I told him the sales person said it was struck by a plow and he quickly said oh yes a plow hit it. He then told me the car was hit by the plow that morning and that by lunch it was declared totaled and had been taken away to be scrapped. He said the deposit would be refunded and the contract was void. We felt the story didnt sound right so my wife followed up the next morning with another sales person without identifying herself and she was told that the vehicle had been purchased on Monday (the day they claimed it was totaled) and was being picked up on Wednesday. After she identified herself I was called again by the same manager telling me that the sales person was wrong and the car was gone. Again I did not believe them so at the end of that week we paid to check the VIN number of the vehicle. It showed as being registered and inspected to a new owner in the Brockton area on Wednesday. So despite having a signed contract and a down payment they sold the vehicle to another party on Monday during there Presidents Day sales. I assume it has something to do with the fact that they were visibly annoyed that I was going to pay cash and not finance with them but that is speculation. Bottom line they sold the car out from under us and then lied to us about what happened. We reached out to Ed Kardon the owner but he has not returned calls or emails.

Christopher Dias, the Manager is like the Tom Brady of this dealership, the Quarter Back who helps Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 turn customers into raving fans while crushing the competition. Chris asked on his first phone call a great questions that made him stand out from the crowd. "What do you want to accomplish?" He was genuinely coming from being a Most Trusted Advisor,in understanding my goals, and go to guy in helping me to accomplish them from the get go, unlike other dealers I had talked to, It was a tall order I put in-- a Chrysler 300 luxury edition, at a reasonably affordable lease price, and enough miles I didnt have to worry about going over. He then went all out to deliver, really extending himself to get the deal over the line by making timely use of factory rebates to put together just the deal I needed. I have a consulting company and regularly deal with Fortune 500 top executives. I was impressed with Chriss executive level style and customer interactions skills. I was also impressed with the team that he has put together, including a sales named Beethoven, who helped orchestrate the process of getting the car ready and me out the door, totally satisfied customer. I can easily imagine Chris running a chain of dealerships one day. Best of luck in whatever course you take in life.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, there are plenty of other dealerships in the Boston area, that actually care about their customers and want to sell a vehicle. Upon walking into this dealership the sales manager greeted me and seemed to be interested in potentially selling a vehicle that changed after I was introduced to the lady who would be working with me to sell me a vehicle. Jennifer was her name, it was obvious that she wasnt interested. She would have preferred checking her personal email which was on display on her computer. I told Jennifer what I wanted, and what price point I wanted to be at, the lease term and the amount of miles. Her answer was we cannot do that, she gave me an estimated price of 300$ more and 2 years longer than the vehicle I just leased at another dealership for the price I wanted. She would not even talk estimated payments without running a credit check, I specifically asked if this was a hard inquiry or a soft inquiry and if it would go on my credit report she said no it would not, meanwhile I got a notification on my phone saying a change had occurred on my credit report. I ended up walking out of the dealership because the entire experience was the biggest waste of my time. I strongly suggest a lesson in customer service.
