Bought a 2010 X3 March 24 with a 30 warranty. In the ad where they had posted the car they stated it had good brakes and tires, but when I wanted to try to get the vehicle inspected in New Hampshire 10 days later, the vehicle not only failed for all around brake pads and rotors, but all 3 windshield wipers too. When I called and spoke to Chris about the issue he told me it wasnt his issue and he could do it at wholesale. After going back and fourth he told me to contact Anthony. Anthony asked if I checked the brakes before I put based the vehicle, then said he had to talk to Chris about repairs and never got back to me. I called Anthony the next day and he asked when I was looking to get the repairs done. When I told him the following day, he said he would get back to me and never did. I called again the following day just to be texted that Anthony would be calling me with a lawyer. Needless to say I never got that call back either. Clearly theyre avoiding me because they know theyre in the wrong and made a dishonest sale. I get the feeling this isnt the first time or last these guys would do this. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. They are dishonest salesmen and have no plans to honor any warranty. Dont waste your time here. *Edited 5/7/17* After those shady car salesmen ignored me about my issue and told me it was my problem, I went to the Salem district court and filed a small claim against them. Needless to say they coughed the money for my brakes right up. I recommend everyone bring them to small claims to get what your owed and to make these sad individuals pay for the wrong theyve done and will do.

I came into the 114 Used Car Superstore based on a posting I saw online for a Mazda. The car was at a good price and the CarFax report claimed that it was in good shape. When I came in, the car was in horrible condition, with the front wheels driving very shaky. I continued along with the buying process since the dealer insisted that it was a minor repair and that they could fix it before I drive it off the lot. That was a big mistake. When I went forward with process, it turns out that they "accidentally" marked the price $1,000 lower than it actually was, and that they would need to bump it up. At that point I decided to withdraw from the transaction. Then they called me back multiple times saying that they would sell it at the original price since it was their mistake. I still decided not to go for the car since I was very skeptical of the way they do business. At this point, I have been fighting to get my deposit back, which has been a long process of over a month. I even went to the store in-person, but the dealer stated that the check was possibly already sent to my address (it never was). The most ironic part of all of this is that the car is still in the lot. Clearly the car is not as "in-demand" as they claimed it was! Long story short is that I would NOT go to this dealer again. Even if the prices of the cars seem tempting, it is not worth the extra hassle and headache of the buying experience. I would recommend staying FAR AWAY from Dennis Cassidy/Anthony Gillete and working with someone with more honesty and integrity.

My experience at 114 Auto superstore was not a favorable one. The bad out weighed the good deeds that were preformed. After purchasing the vehicle, I asked the dealership if they could change the oil and the transmission fluid, after thoroughly inspecting the vehicle . Also, I asked if they could replace the windshield, and fix an intermittent problem with an airbag light. The good things that I experienced was I paid less of a sales tax, and they honored my trade - in . The bad things were , I REPLACED MY OWN WIND SHIELD , when technically they were supposed to do it , also the oil change and the transmission fluid was never changed. And to and insult to injury , a bottle of 10w40 oil was found on top of the engine, I drove for miles with the bottle there, thank Jehovah god, the bottle was still intact. As for the airbag light there technician offered to solder a loose yellow wire to the fuse box. In my professional opinion, 114 has the potential to be great, only if they hire qualified technicians and sales people. So, If your a person who likes to fix up cars . I recommend buying the car out right, weigh the odds in Regard to the condition of the vehicle , and please do not finance any cars with these people , because they are not qualified to fix the problems that exist with any of there vehicles.

The "owner" has no idea how to treat a customer. He wanted fight me and Insulted me only because I told him I was in the car industry for years and he should treat me with more respect. When I got there he tried to humiliate me, trying to show me that I needed him more that he needed the sale, telling me that my credit score sucks. Thats the reason Why I called his attention telling him to be more professional and polite. He told me to get the f*** out of "his" lot. Never going to do business with someone like that with no class and no professionalism. Be awere of this place! If he does that to some potential customer, can you imagine if you buy a car from him and needed him to fix something because the car broke down? Cars overall look very bad anyways.

WORST DEALER EVER! LITTERALLY TRIED SWITCHING CARS ON ME AFTER TAKING MY MONEY! THEN AFTER TAKING MY PERSONAL INFO (THE ONLY PEOPLE I GAVE MY PERSONAL INFO TO IN OVER 20 YEARS) I MIGHT ADD, NOW LIFE LOCK CATCHES SOMEONE TRYING TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON MY CC ACCOUNTS AND TRYING TO OPEN NEW CC ACCOUNTS UNDER FRAUD CIRCUMSTANCES! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE! THESE PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY A RUDE LADY NAMED MARISA) ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY ARE GOING TO RIP OFF! SMART SCAMMERS! THE WORST KIND! DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ONTO THAT CAR LOT, YOU WILL REGRET IT, BELIEVE ME!!!!!! GO DOWN THE STREET TO AN HONEST PLACE AND BUY A VEHICLE!!!

After driving off the lot I stopped for gas and the fuel gauge did not work. This was a Friday and the mechanic told me to bring it back on Monday. Three hours later the BRAKE LINE ruptured! I called and explained that I was in Somerville and a they needed to call a tow truck to get this back to their shop. They refused and then did not reimburse me for the charges. They kept the truck for 17 days with ever excuse in the book and got an attitude with me when I expressed my chagrin. After a week the ABS light came on and 3 weeks later the check engine light came on. I suggest to everyone to find another place to buy a car.

These guys are amazing! We live in Claremont New Hampshire and we saw a bright yellow Dodge Caliber online for sale from them. We contacted them about the car and they put a hold on it for us. They managed to fill out every piece of paperwork and found us a very reasonable loan before we ever even came down to them. They stayed open late during a snow storm just to wait for us to come down to sign all of our paperwork. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way. They kept in contact with us for 2 weeks until we could come down and purchase the car. The car runs beautifully and it is perfect for our family.
