I wish I had seen the reviews on Yelp before buying a truck from here. I bought a truck after being told that it had been thoroughly checked over and all the major mechanicals repaired. Drive the truck the 100 miles home only to find the gas gauge didnt work. Dana agreed to have it fixed so I drove it the 100 miles back. Left it with him while I was on vacation. Drove the 100 miles back to pick it up. Made it 5 miles down the road only to have the check engine light come on. Garage they use (his family members) promised to fix it. I drove home and then drove the 100 miles back a few days later. I made it maybe 60 miles on the Pike before it died in the stream of traffic with a semi right behind me. Sure enough- the problem with the gas gauge was never fixed properly. Truck ran out of gas despite saying it had 1/2 tank. AAA came & towed me to a AAA rated garage. Dana balked at the cost to repair it but finally paid. While it was on the lift, the mechanics noticed 3 major issues potentially costing more than a $1000 that Dana should have caught IF he had gone over the truck in the first place. When I called to ask what Dana was going to do about these issues, he told me he wasnt obligated to fix anything despite the fact that I have had the truck in my possession for less than 10 days and nearly all of the less than 1000 miles I put on the truck was to and from his place. He disagrees with a AAA rated garages assessment despite the fact that his mechanic put my life at risk by not being able to fix the problem in the first place. I am deeply concerned that D & D Auto will not pay for the major repairs and I dont have that kind money.

Bought a SUV from D&D. Was told it was in perfect condition. Within a day or two power steering went. I took it to a local mechanic who found a few thousand dollars worth of needed repairs (almost as much as the purchase price), all safety and inspection related. The vehicle failed inspection spectacularly. Dana disagreed with the assessment, said he would have all the issues addressed at his brothers shop. We scheduled a time to take the car to his shop to look it over but when I showed up he blew me off by being out buying new inventory. Oh, he also charged me $1800 for the extended warranty that was supposed to be included in price, according to a written ad. In every conversation we had prior to purchase and throughout the discussions about all these problems, EVERY statement made was either exaggerated, omitted important details or was utterly false. I learned later that this is his reputation around here and I cant imagine how he stays in business. Initially he refused to cancel the deal and refund my deposit until I threatened a lawsuit. I got most of my money back in the end. I dont know why you would go to D&D but DO NOT buy anything without having it checked out by a reputable shop first.

It wont let me post this review without clicking a star. This place deserves -5 stars. I am not sure who I spoke to but the lady who answered the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude to me. She told me to f*** off and to take my car somewhere else if I didnt like the answers she was giving me. All I wanted was a paper that stated what work was done on my car and all she could say was, "we f***in stand behind our vehicles, b****!" I do not recommend EVER going to this dealership to buy a car or have work done on your car. I will be taking further steps to have this place investigated for their work and sales they present to the public.

Thank you Google reviewers! I was trying to figure out why they werent advertising mileage on some of their vehicles. I was told on the phone it was because they completely overhauled the engines and transmissions and basically everything else. I dont believe it and still dont think that gives you the right to advertise the mileage as being 500 mi. on 2010 year model vehicles. Who said you could do that? Thank you reviewers, I am taking your advice and going somewhere reputable. I feel like I just dodged a bullet.

I hated Dana didnt help us out at all with a vehicle. And by seeing everyone complain about them d&d auto Im glad I didnt get a car from him.
