I HIGHLY recommend shopping at So. Easton Motor Sales. 1) The PRICES cannot be beat 2) The SERVICE, (even after theyve sold you your vehichle), was/is OUTSTANDING My experience with the folks at this dealership has been really, really..wonderful. Ive NEVER taken up the time, nor energy, to write up a review of my shopping experience, but, this is worth reporting... When I bought my car thru So. Easton Motor Sales, it was used & in great shape, but found that it had a little brake squeak. So I called and spoke to Eric G. the salesman there & he said "we will fix that for you no problem". I brought my car back in, they changed the brakes, FREE of charge and i went home. However, the brake squeak returned a short time later. I called them again, and this time I spoke to Derrick, the owner of the dealership. he was just as nice as Eric was, and he said "bring the car back and we will fix it for you". (BTW...my car was NOT under any warranty). So i brought the car back and Derrick changed out all 4 Rotars, FREE of charge! It completely fixed the squeak problem, Now, it even gets better here...the best part of this whole thing, is that in the meantime, before bringing my car into the garage for the Rotar change, I unfortunately had a fender bender. So when I brought the car in for the Rotars, Derrick noticed that there were some problems as a result of the accident, mainly with the wheel & the steering & the suspension..etc etc.. So when I had the insurance adjustor come to inspect the car (While at a different garage) where the repair was taking place, Derrick (the owner of S. Easton Motor Sales) personally placed a phone call, AND gave writen testimony as to the condition of the car before the accident, on my behalf!!! I didnt even have to ask Derrick to do this. But after he heard that The insurance company wasnt going to cover all of the expenses. (they originally were blaming some of the damage on pre-existing conditions). Derrick did this for me on my behalf. The insurance company heard Derricks testimony, & they were then willing to pay the $1800.00 for the repairs. All i can say is, the folks, and the OWNER of So. Easton Motor Sales, have the best work ethic, even after theyve sold you your car! They have been over the top...showing they truly care about YOU, the customer. From my experience, service like this is very rare. Especially these days. They have your back the minute you walk in their door. They DONT hassle you. They let you browse around & If you need them, or want to take a test drive, they are there for you. Test drives are unsupervised, They even GIVE you a car to borrow, while they fix yours. There was nothing I could have asked for more here.. I absolutely cannot say enough good things here. I hope you have a wonderful car buying experience. This IS the place youll get it! :)))

I shouldnt have gone through with a purchase at this place. Right off the bat, they were unfriendly and unwelcoming. I asked to test drive a car and they just gave me the keys without a word. I thought that was kind of odd. Second, I went with my mother and she was looking at a Nissan Rogue they had on the lot. She asked one of the guys there, Derek, to hold it for her. He said no problem. We came back the next day to purchase the Hyundai Elantra I had test drove and she asked for the Nissan as well. Eric, another guy there, said he had just sold it. Obviously, my mother was pissed seeing as there was no communication between these two that she wanted that car. Theres more... So we buy my Elantra, sign everything, things seem great yadda yadda yadda. Its the next day, I get home and feel my car not driving correctly. My mom brings it to our mechanic and he has quite the list of complaints about the car: The right drivers side wheel is loose, the air filter is filthy, the breaks are shot, etc. The car was still under the 60 (bullshit) warranty so I brought it back. We spoke to Eric again and told him the issues and smugly, he replies with "Well its a used car, what do you expect." Um, I expect a car, used or not, to be driveable and not plagued with issues. They did fix it, I give them that. So months pass and through these months, this car has been okay but the transmission was really driving me insane. I would really have to slam down on the gas to accelerate, after passing 20mph and toward 30mph, the RPMs would rev wildly and jerk the car multiple times. Every time I accelerated it did this. I dealt with this for 9 months until I eventually brought the car to my mechanic for an oil change. I asked if he could check out what could possibly be that revving and he told me my transmission was shot. Obviously, I was devastated. I had only had the car for 9 months and to fix the transmission it would have been between $3000-7000...So, I had no choice but to trade it in. I feel like if there was a transmission issue with the car, it should have been reported or at least fixed. Because having a 2010 Hyundai Elantra for only 9 months doesnt seem right. They lost two customers and it was, unfortunately, just not a good car buying experience. :(

I went here because I saw they had a great deal on a car I wanted. When I got there, we werent given the time of day by any of the employees, after standing around looking for who was in charge. We couldnt tell who were the customers and who were the employees. We ended up walking around the lot looking for the specific car I picked out online for 15 minutes, until we finally flagged someone down to help us. Although it was near closing time when we got there, it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge our presence, especially since we made eye contact with who I now know are 3 employees who were not busy with other customers. I do like that we were able to test drive the car without a salesman with us, it seems like it helped get a true feel for the car. The staff was very accommodating to me, since they usually close at 5 or 6, which is very inconvenient for me, but they made arrangements to do business when I was able to make it there. When I tried to go over my issues with the car that I wanted to be looked at before I picked it up, the salesman seemed like he did not want to hear it, and assured me that it would be fully serviced. When I did pick it up, the issue, although minor, was not resolved, and there was a new banging noise that I now hear when I make left turns. I really like the car and the staff, so Im hoping they will fix this new problem so I can fully enjoy my purchase.

I bought a 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD an this being my first real experience with a dealership Burt, Derek, An Eric all made the process an experience so painless. You always hear about pushy salesmen that try an push another car on you. When I went in to look at the truck Burt was working an came up an introduced him self to me an said if I had any questions he would just be around the corner with the other customers. I was able to look at the truck top to bottom an not feel nervous having a sales man stand over me an explain all the features of the truck. He then let me take it out for test drive an let me go with my dad since he came with me to look at the truck. I then worked with Eric to go an get the financing through the bank an found out from talking to him that he is my next door neighbors nephew so we had a good laugh about how small of a world it is. Derek then came in introduced him self to me an took me to look at the truck again after i finished all the paperwork just to make sure i was happy with everything. When i went in to pick up the truck Derek worked with me on the transferring plates from my old truck to the new truck an had all the paper work done in no time. I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great car and a great experience with no pushy sales men.
